Back to back nights, asked for a plain chicken sandwich and given a sandwich full of pickles

This last time I asked for a sanwich “plain no pickles” and a side of nuggets and even asked “you sure you got the sandwich plain and side of nuggets” he looked at me and said yes… i got no side of nuggets and sandwich covered in pickles

I just don’t get it, I said it slowly and clearly thinking I talk to fast but to no avail smh …..

I have been back multiple times… this location really struggles with a simple “No Pickles” like even this last time I can see the marks where the pickles have been sitting on the bun and can taste the pickles that you had on this sandwich….not to mention it took 20 min to make the sandwich

Its so simple make the chicken, put it on a bun and hand it to me… I am baffled that 12 straight orders have been messed...

La comida como siempre buena nada que decir sobre la comida., desafortunadamente el servicio no se merece ni 1 estrella y no me refiero al servicio en caja sino a las libertades que se toman los supervisores en turno dejenme les explico: Mi esposa y yo fuimos a comer el dia lunes 8/5/24 venimos de nueva jersey y decidimos comer aqui para recordar la comida de nuestro pais porsupuesto que hay muchas otras buenas opciones en el area, mi esposa quiso usar el bano y pregunto por la clave se la dieron y no funciono en uno de los dos banos que tienen una de las trabajadoras dijo que espere que alo mejor lo estan usando entro al otro alli si funciono pero luego descubrimos que ellas tienen un codigo diferente para solo ellas usar el otro bano y que los clientes no lo puedan usar yo decidi esperar a que una de las empleadas saliera y quise usar ese especifico bano y no me dejo dijo el otro es para hombres y mujeres cuando ambos estan senalados para hombres y mujeres pero mi resenia es porque me dio mucha pena por ver a varios ninos haciendo cola para usar el bano y al igual que a mi cuando algun empleado salia del bano con diferente clave se le sugeria esperar a que el otro se desocupara. por favor a los gerentes directivos tomen cartas en el asunto.

The food, as always, was good—nothing to say about the food. Unfortunately, the service doesn’t deserve even 1 star, and I’m not referring to the service at the register but rather to the liberties taken by the supervisors on duty. Let me explain: My wife and I went to eat on Monday, 8/5/24. We came from New Jersey and decided to eat here to remember the food from our country. Of course, there are many other good options in the area. My wife wanted to use the bathroom and asked for the code; they gave it to her, but it didn’t work in one of the two bathrooms. One of the employees said to wait because maybe it was being used. She went to the other one, and there it worked. But then we discovered that they have a different code for themselves to use the other bathroom, and that customers are not allowed to use it. I decided to wait for one of the employees to come out so I could use that specific bathroom, but I wasn’t allowed. She said the other one is for men and women when both are marked for men and women. My review is because I felt very sorry to see several children waiting in line to use the bathroom, just like me. When an employee came out of the bathroom with a different code, they suggested waiting for the other one to become available. Please, managers, take action on...

UPDATE: I'm giving 3-starts up from 1-star. I received a call from the area manager, Yenis, who not only apologized for the mistake and the manner in which it was handled, but took responsibility. I was also offered complimentary meal. That's really all customers are asking for. Mistakes and oversights happen. Make it right.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: They take no ownership for incorrect orders. I ordered from them through UberEats, and an entire order of family-size yuca fries was missing. The first thing out of the guy’s mouth was “why didn’t I stop the driver,” as if the missing item was my fault. Didn’t offer to make it right at all because it was an UberEats delivery, as if the missing item was not the restaurant’s fault. At least UberEats gave my money back. Meanwhile, there goes my meal. That was the 3rd and last time I will order...
