Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Wheeling Township

Ordered a pizza, crazy bred and dip on the wheeling Cesar’s pizza website. Clicked on delivery. We were handed the pizza and a bag from the driver. Our crazy bread was not included. The driver said the store did not give it to him. The driver did not speak English and we had to translate the text. We reached out to the store and were told by the mgr who said his name was Tom (?) that we needed to call door day as we ordered from them. We ordered directly on the wheeling store website. When we called the number we were emailed it was answered as Cesar pizza delivery. The mgr said it was t his problem he could t call the driver. We’d have to go pick up the crazy bread. He also would t credit us for the bread. I asked him why if we ordered 5 pizzas and they only gave the driver 1 pizza, would that also be our problem? This store used to be a very friendly Little Caesars back 3-4 years but ever since management changed is not the same anymore. About a month ago I was there for a lunch box combo and I could hear two guys cussing at each other in the back. Also, my lunch box was raw still. I called that same day and was left on hold by Joaquin. Today 10/20/2022 went to give it a try again and Joaquin was the person at the register and when it was my turn to order I asked kindly if I could get a lunch box combo but, I wanted half pep half sausage and Joaquin said it was not possible so I asked for a pep lunch box and asked if they could make it fresh and Joaquin said that the ones they had made were fresh. He said it would take 20 mins to make one when I know it doesn't take 20 mins to make a new one. I kindly said it was fine and left the premises. Faizal your store needs more...

I am picky with my food.... so I like to call ahead to make sure they make my order right without the embarrassment of weird looks.... I make it clear on the phone how I like my food....”yes yes okay got it” was the response....sure enough I get to the place and they made me the wrong pizza....and sure enough I get the weird looks that I tried to avoid in the first place when I walk in... and not to mention having to wait for them to make it correctly the second time around.... I state my order one more time and the man has an attitude....I would not have to mention it three times to you when I get in the store... if he had just took the time to hear me right on the phone... and I still paid for my food full price...
