Ordered number 4 hashbrown and coffee made sure today that the coffee only had sugar no cream normally have to change out. Total $6.04 I get handed back $13.21 I normally count change but today as I put my hand out for the change a nickel falls. The girl employee at windows says immediately says I dropped it how can I do that when my hand is out to receive it. She wants the change back quick now so she can give me the change, she hands me 85 cents. First time she was going to short me bad thinking I don't or can't count then she figures I still can't or don't count. Meanwhile she is still attempting to say you dropped it you dropped it. I get manager and he says in that voice what is it that you dropped again I explained I didn't drop the change your employee did. He says how much is it that I am due I say 11 cents he says here 15 cent be happy. I say I am happy and you did drop the money the employee hot now and says something in spanish, I began to call her a little something or other in spanish but don't, caught myself no need to address idiots that I know can't count. Mind you now this is the same person that screws up the words "no cream." This immigrant was going to either try and beat me out some change or she couldn't count and the other one was who runs the place was going to stick up for a poor employee. I guess when the manager gave me 15 cent back he didn't know what a dime and a penny together looks like. Watch out for this location count...
Read moreHot weather and so decided on Frozen Coffee. Atmosphere indescribable. The manager was in either training or reprimanding her employees in her language. Clearly, I wasn't seen coming into their store despite the bell sounding "SOMEONES ENTERING STORE." I waited a little bit before saying, "Pardon me, is anyone working inside, or is the drive thru only open?" I was then greeted, and an employee looking almost canned from his position was muttering comments as I was ordering in their language. I paid and received my order from another associate in kind, and gave me my order. Me being the cheery go happy persona...smiled and said thank you and left. If someone is on the brinks of getting fired, it was eminent from the atmosphere I was walking in on.
Oh, and also for those thinking you'll get more satiating bang for your buck. Eliminating ICE in your drinks won't mean more. It means they've meant to give you less according to their drink dispenser this store created...
Read moreI live close to this DD, so it’s the one I go to. Sadly about 50% of the time I buy a coffee (caramel, hot or iced, with almond milk) it’s wrong. It might seem easy to call back every time they get my order wrong, but once I start work, I don’t have time to call them to tell them that it was wrong. Usually, there’s no caramel, but this last time, there was no coffee! Only milk and caramel. I threw it away and on my next purchase I told the manager of how these events have happened and that I just suck it up, but I thought this was too much. I asked for a free coffee, same as I always order to make up for the issues. The manager said, that she would only give me a latte, no caramel, no almond milk. This event inspired me to write this post, because the decent thing would have been to give me the coffee. I was just picking up a 30.00 order. But, no, she decided to be dismissive and very rude.
