My husband ordered our 2 Lagre Iceed Coffee & 6 Doughnuts yesterday morning May,11th 2019. We always get splenda in our coffee. They had the ordasity to mark both our cups with Splenda, but it was clearly sugar!!!! As soon as we both sipped our drinks we sucked up a ton of sugar crystals. As everyone knows splenda is powder and always dissolves weather it's in a cold or hot drink. Believe me, we order our drinks the same everytime so we would know. My husband called yesterday to complain, because he is a diabetic & cannot have sugar!!!!! He talked with the manager or whoever was in charge yesterday morning may 11th,2019. They told him to come in today May 12th,2019 to get our order replaced. So he just got back from Dunkin Doughnuts & informed me on how RUDE the employees were to him. An Indian male was the one who served him. He was very unwilling to replace our order, he kept LAUGHING at my husband & giving RUDE ATTITUDE towards him. Read moreUnfortunately I didn’t get the same treatment as what other reviews claimed to have gotten but it does appear to be a trend as far as what may be the same employees. Arrived at 745pm which is well before closing and asked for a bacon wrap but the cashier was immediately cut off by what may have been her shift manager and told in a snarky tone the kitchen was closed. I didn’t dispute because i assumed they were closing before I realized they still had over an hour to go. There were 3 employees so I didn’t think it was an issue and there’s no signage stating there’s a kitchen cutoff to order. I bought a doughnut and iced coffee to go but was definitely not expecting to get this much ice filled to the very top to barely fit only a few ounces of coffee. I called, to you know let them know i did not get it and the manager told me to just add sugar to it. Excuse me? but if i paid 4 dollars for this "coffee" i should off at least had given a free coffe next time, but no he did not even apologize nor did he offer me an extra coffee.
