Mistakes do happen and I understand.

But when you say "Sales people were instructed to offer you ANYTHING in exchange" is just not true. They asked me to pick something under $2.50. when I asked sales person if I can get a tiny tiramisu, she said I would have to pay the difference.

On an order that was placed days prior to pick up such mistake is unacceptable from a bakery that has been in business for many years. You have a reputation to stand up to and this has been a case worst customer service experience ever.

The initial explanation and the following response just shows complete disregard.

Certainly other bakeries near by will show better care on our future business.
