Literally told them i wanted 4 double cheeseburgers plain and then i come home to see everything is on the burgers! It is so frustrating when people do not know how to take your damn order! You people need to go back to school and get some common sense or something because your service is absolutely horrible completely and utterly disgusting what you do to people

Before my previous review, I’m going to add another review, tonight I ordered a chocolate milkshake for my wife and she was craving it the first milkshake that was ordered it was mixed with vanilla ice cream, but there was barely any chocolate in it like nothing at all so nicely, I pulled back into drive-through and asked the lady the manager for a regular chocolate milkshake and she said that they have to mix it with vanilla and chocolate so she did it again and there was no chocolate visible in the milkshake pure white It’s like she wanted me to get mad on purpose and she just put all vanilla. Read moreThis was one of the worst McDonalds experiences I’ve ever had. We ordered the deal that gave us a free medium fries and free medium drink if we ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. The cashier scanned the QR code and we paid, but when we got our food I never got the fries or drink. We asked for our correct food, but then the manager came and he couldn’t give us the food because the coupon had already been used which was not true. Anyways, I gave the manager my friends phone with a new QR code that he saw us pull up, but then he said that one was also used. In general, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional and refused to give us the food that I paid for. My other friend ordered fries and they were extremely cold, stale, and unsalted. The manager combined with the terrible food made sure I will never come to this location ever again. I would highly recommend a change of leadership as this manager is not competent to run the store. This man continues to impress me, every time I see him he remembers me, knows my name and is truly exceptional in every way.
