I just had worst experience today at this location and want to share my story. My son and I stopped by this location around noon to order sub sandwiches. My son ordered chicken teriyaki with barbecue sauce and I ordered the same thing but without a sauce. And we made them Togo and asked a server to make separate bags because I needed to drop my son off with his sandwich at his work and I had to go home with my sandwich. So a server did make separate and she pointed out which was mine. So I trusted what she said and grabbed my sandwich which the server pointed out that was mine. And my son grabbed his. We both were super hungry and we had to eat something simple at two different locations. As soon as I opened my sandwich at my home, noticed that it was not mine. It was actually the one my son ordered with barbecue sauce. But I don’t eat barbecue sauce. So the server pointed out the wrong sandwich as mine. I got a little embarrassed and I called my son. He said he just ate mine, the one without a sauce which he didn’t like with no choice because he had to eat something quickly before he started to work. I got angry but I didn’t want to throw the food away. So I had to drive 10 min to go back there asked refund for just mine because I already didn’t feel that happy to order a new sub sandwich to eat it, so I requested refund instead. But neither they apologized me nor refund me. The manger was even more terrible. She said they can’t refund me back and also said that it was not major mistake that they did to me. So what do I need to supposed to do? I gave my sandwich back to them and got back home without money back. As servers, the first responsibility is, they must’ve make sure the food wasn’t switched by mistake because it was different orders and especially when they make food in separate bags. I understand sometimes they can make mistakes. In that situations, they are supposed apologize a customer first what the mistake they made and should be able to refund if the reason is valid and customers don’t want to make a new order. Eventually they charged me double for just one sandwich. I wanted to share this because I am sure this kind of unpleasant incidents can be happened often and it is really unpleasant experience to the customers. And they are forcing customers to order a new sandwich because they don’t want to refund. Why customers have to pay their precious money to eat something not make them happy and are forced to order new one at the unpleasant place? I don’t want to pay even a penny to this kind of place which gives such a bad impression and services to the customers. I really don’t want to recommend to...
Read moreThey refused to serve me because of my preferences! The customer is not always right here at this Subway.
This makes me sad because I love Subway and have been a long time customer (other locations). I have been going to Subway for easily 25 years. I have never had a Subway deny me service because of the way that I like my sandwich. I always order a footlong flatbread with tuna and cheese. My order has not changed in easily 15 years. I do not like the bread or the tuna toasted and most subways put up a little bit of a fight since the bread should be toasted. I understand that the quality of the bread and the taste will be different if it is not toasted and I do not care. I prefer it this way. But I have never had anybody REFUSE to serve me because I didn't want the bread toasted. That happened today at this location! The first employee was hesitant but proceeded to start making my sandwich when I assume it's the manager (male looking) chimed in and said that they MUST toast it. When I explained that I don't want it toasted and that I always usually get it this way from every other subway. I have gone to many different Subway locations in and around this area as well as other states. He said "that's okay that they'll do it, but we won't." So I asked if he would serve me and he said no. Clearly it's not a health hazard or risk of death if I want my sandwich not toasted since I'm still alive.
I would not recommend going to this subway as they clearly do not care what the customer wants and the customer is not always right not...
Read moreI was promised two footlong subs over the phone when I complained about the skimpy meat in all three footlong subs I ordered! So, I drove back to this location, only to be met with an argument from the manager about why their tuna salad is so runny. I explained that I’ve ordered from Subway many times and that the tuna salad doesn’t look like that—it’s supposed to be on bread! I also pointed out that the bread would get soggy if it sat in that runny sauce.
Overall, the experience was expensive, annoying, and left me with a lost appetite. My friend who ordered the meatball sub even started to feel sick. To make matters worse, the manager asked me to take down my original review in exchange for two 6” subs , however, she promised to replace the two footlong subs when we spoke on the phone.
But maybe they should make it right from the beginning and stop skimping on the main ingredient! This is a private-owned location, and if they want to attract more customers, they should stop skimping on the meat.
This was my first time visiting this location, which is conveniently located near my home. However, I’m afraid this will be...
