By far the worst chipotle in the area. Seemed to be 2 female employees and 6 male employees when I was there from about 7:45pm to 8:10pm. During this time one female employee was on break and the other seemed to be the only one working as she was consistently hustling and working drive thru. During the time I was there 6 male employees were loudly swearing and using inappropriate language for a work / restaurant setting. More than half of them were taking there phones out every few minutes and some had AirPods in while working the counter. They were also eating chips and other items while cooking. The dining room was very dirty and every garbage can was overflowing. Every table was dirty but the worst of it was by the drink station. Spilled soda and garbage all over, even inside of the fork and straw compartments. The whole place was disgusting, if it was busy I would understand, however they had more than enough employees for the slow night and nobody doing a thing! The employee that served our food completed 4 online orders before helping us and no other employee stepped over to assist us. Instead they all were on their phones, eating, or socializing with eachother. I have no issues with an all teenage staff but it really seemed like they needed a babysitter with them! So sign of anyone acting like a manager in this unorganized and unprofessional...
Read moreI really never have anything negative to say about restaurants since I’m In hospitality and rarely I’ll go on and leave negative feedback but I would like it if a guest would tell me if my associates acted a certain way. I come to this chipotle at least once a week. It’s a treat to eat out and we choose this chipotle since it’s near the house. Usually we have great service but today was not the day i guess. The girl who started my order scraped the bottom of the pan to give me any sort of white rice on one bowl and brown rice had a decent amount. I had to ask twice to add some more veggies to the brown rice since she gave me literally 2 pieces of peppers. After that it went down hill quick. I asked for double chicken on my bowl which had the white rice and she just scooped once and gave it to the next employee. I know when people get busy they try and hurry up but I was the only one in line. She was asking me “anything else” after saying what toppings I wanted. I couldn’t even finish the word and she’s cut me off and say anything else. At that point I was annoyed and just wanted to walk out but I wasn’t going to have the food go to waste. Needless to say after paying I realized that my wife and I can go...
Read moreMy order was 396-UA1 and I am more upset at the fact that no one told me so many ingredients on my order were out. I understand it's the last hour of the night. I 100% do. If someone would have told me as they were giving me the bag that they ran out of tortillas and lettuce and corn I would have said "it's all good. Food is food" and left happy. But as I was leaving, I opened the bag and noticed I was missing my guac and chips so I politely asked for a bag and guac and no harm done but then I noticed that I had two bowls when I ordered 1 burrito. I honestly thought the orders got mixed up. So I ask the gentleman to double check my order and he informs me that they ran out of tortillas. It kinda sucks no one told me and because of that I opened both containers and discovered that more ingredients were missing! I ask the guy again and he said they ran out.
I'm not mad they ingredients ran out. I'm upset that no one has the decency to tell me. I would have still taken the food but I literally had to find out on my own in the restaurant that my order was incomplete and it was only because I discovered it. That is not okay. I am very upset at how this whole order was handled.
I would please like a manager...
