they dont speak english,,, always messes up the order,,,,worst service,,,all the time mistakes in vegetarian oprder,,,,,,i had to let others know this time,, even thou your ordr looks correct on screen,,on receipt but the food in wrapper is always wrong,,,,english problem,,,no proper staff ,, we have to go back all the time to change the food,,,,after we reach our home,,,,,last month after messing uip my order,,,,next day i called in morning and talked to a lady manger,,,she understood that there was a problen in evenings and night time,,,she wanted to give me refund,,, to which i said ,, i am not here for free food,,, i need right food which is ordered,,which is on receipt,,,she told me that it will let others know,,and will not happen again,,,,but guess what,,it happen again twice ,,tonight and last week,,,i dont like to complain online,,,,thats why last month i had called to talk to manager,,to rectify this huge problem,, but i guess,,they still have peolpe who dont understand basic english and their own menu,,,,,they dont even deserve any star,,,,,there service is in minus,,negative star,,,,,,,i had to select one star because without that this review would not have been posted.,,,,,,,future customers please repeat your order twice slowly,,,like baby steps,,,and please check your food before leaving the window, ortherwise be prepared for surprises...

I work in the area and often need to go out for lunch as i have no way to heat/make food at my workplace. I have been coming to this location for a few months now, its roughly 5-7 min away from my work place. I usually make my orders through mobile as it saves times if its ready when I arrive at the location and I can head back as i only have a 30 min lunch. There have been times, increasingly more frequent, where I have ordered through mobile and arrived here only to find the location has been closed or is unable to make food in one way or another. Today there was a plumbing issue, the last time there was a leak, etc. I understand that accidents and different incidents happy but this is alarmingly frequent. Im afraid I wont be coming back to this location as I dont know if my food will be made and or I just wont be able to have lunch that day.

Rating 2 stars as the food is prepared well, and orsers are completed as requested. The service has often forgotten to either include a drink or given the wrong size drink with the order however. All in all there is another location a little farther away with much better,...

Made a massive online order recently to this location, and picked it up in store. Would’ve been a little nicer if they actually made the drinks for my order rather than having me do it (after all it’s called “GRAB & GO” on the app and not “Here’s your drink cups and fill them up yourself”). It was also a bit annoying that they initially didn’t have my order and I had to show them proof of purchase on my phone.

Negatives end there. Everything was prepared as requested and modifications were honored. Ordered the $5.99 cravings box and it’s A LOT of food for a really good price! It was tasty. Crunchwrap Supreme and Beefy 5-Layer Burrito are both amazing and I highly recommend! Also get those cinnamon twists - best dessert at any fast food establishment by far!

This renovation also appears to be recently renovated inside - nice, modern atmosphere with plenty of seating.
