I went here on Valentine's Day with my fiancée and it was pretty busy. We were seated at a table and given chips and salsa, but no water, and we waited 30 minutes before anyone else came. Once someone finally took our order and brought us water, we waited another 30 minutes and then finally got up to find someone. They said they'd check on our order, and then came out with it a few minutes later. Good location and easy to park. As a small group we got there and an older lady was at the front desk, not very welcoming but sat is down right away. Our server didn't say his name but was nice and friendy. You get complimentary chips and salsa. Got our drinks and our order right. As for the food, they serve you in large plates that look very nice. And are nicely presented. The food itself is ok. Ordered food for me and my coworker and both orders had things either prepared wrong or were missing. They forgot to give me my horchata, had to go back to get it. Got back to the office and discovered the grilled fish tacos were fried, no side of sour cream, no extra cheese. Called and was said they could give me a credit. Asked for a manager, and was told they weren't in today, but possibly will be in tomorrow.
