Which Wich Annex of Arlington Heights — Restaurant in Wheeling Township

Hello, this was my first time ordering from this place and I will not return to this location. I placed an order online at around noon. I received a confirmation email that stated my order would be ready at 12:45. Mind you, I work in an office and had a meeting scheduled for 1pm. When I walked in, there was a blonde girl by the pickup section. I asked her if this was where you pick up online orders, she rudely said yes, then nothing. I asked her if my order was ready and she again rudely said it would take a few more minutes, the time was already 12:49. I said okay and then walked outside to wait. I came back in around 12:55 thinking that the order would definitely be ready by then. When I walked in I found the blonde lady getting a drink and moving like she didn't have a care in the world. I asked the other girl with short brown hair if my order was ready, I got an answer with huffing and puffing and attitude saying that they were busy and the last sandwich was being made. There was no line, so I don't know how they could be so busy, plus they had an hour to only make 3 sandwiches. I was late to my meeting, and got horrible customer service. Thankfully the food was good, but like I said I will not be going there again and recommend that those two girls not work there. If they are not there I will definitely return to...

6/2025 3* Our first time in a Which Wich restaurant. It was confusing to say the least. Sasank helped us through things to get ordered. But it was all confusing to me and turned us off to the process. We have a serious food allergy and there were no allergen or nutrition charts available. They had to go take pictures of boxes in the back so we could determine if it was ok to eat here. That was helpful, thank you Sasank. The food was plentiful and the sandwiches were yummy for sure.

Beware though. They did rip us off for $5. They charged us $2.50 extra on each of our sandwiches. For Bacon. The one sandwich did not have bacon and none was requested or received. The other one was the Wicked sandwich which COMES with bacon. Questioned it and they did not refund it. We will not be coming back because of that alone. Besides we spend $50 on lunch for 2 adults and one child.

Honestly if I didn’t have to give a star I wouldn’t . I’m very upset ! First off I ordered food at 5:44pm and didn’t receive my order till 7:10 pm I called to speak to someone and the lady hung up on me so I called back like 4 times till I actually got through to someone . The manager on duty for this night was very rude and didn’t care that my fries were soggy & cold my Pepsi was watery and my sandwhich was just awful this is actually my first time trying here and it was a very bad experience instead of him trying to make my first time here a good one he wanted to argue with me and not take accountability ! I work in a restaurant myself and if a customer don’t like there food or saying it cold or complaining I’m going to fix the problem automatically not make it worse and that’s just that ! So I would not recommend going here or eating here if the shoe was on the other foot I’m pretty sure he would...
