Today, stopped in my with family for lunch. Ticket 902. The experience began with a customer in front of me getting over charged and when requesting an adjustment the staff member stated “we cannot make changes after the order is paid for.” That tells me she has no training and is not familiar with a void transaction. After she proceeded to be combative she offered him a cookie and additional smoothie and did not ring them in. While waiting for my food, the list of sanitary concerns among the staff kept growing.
The lack of health control and Serv safety is obvious and nobody could tell who was running the place.

Read moreWhenever I come here something always goes wrong. Either they charge me the wrong price or my sauce is wrong. Or I am missing ingredients from my bowl. I have to drive back multiple times to correct the order. My last visit the “manager” forgot to put rice and beans and there were only lettuce, cheese and chicken in my bowl. He didn’t believe that he didn’t put it in until I emailed the picture. He took my name and number and said someone will get in contact for a refund. I’m sorry but I only have an hour lunch and can’t spend the entire time driving back and forth. Still waiting for a call back to fix this situation. It’s been three weeks.
My advice to the owner is to train your staff properly and have some sort of quality control as orders are being placed for pick up. It’s disappointing when you get back to your office and the order is wrong. I understand if it happens once, twice but it seems like it just happens...

Most recently, the website redirected me to a location about 20 min away , without me realizing to be honest (since it always selects the location by my house). So after 40 min round trip I bring my food home and find my salad has no dressing. I called the store to see if they can reimburse me in any capacity and was told by the rep that they need me to return the food in order to refund anything. So be warned, check your order, because when they mess up they will expect you to drive back from your home to prove their error.
