We have two granddaughter ages 5 and 3 years old. We arrived around 10:10a.m., shortly after they opened. The games weren’t all on, but took the “credit”away from the game-card balance. We were charged 8 different times for games and rides that didn’t work. A worker did come and turn on equipment when it was brought to their attention and we were given 5 credits back. Next, Chuck E, didn’t make an appearance until 1:15! To make little kids wait for three hours is ridiculous. We kept asking when Chuck E, would come out to see the kids, and we were told they were busy. Sad. What was also disappointing is the pricing. They are now charging for the small trampoline and little plastic slide area. $12.00 per child for access for the trampoline is excessive. The cashier kept pushing the new $7.99 monthly membership and said that we would save money by signing up. The cost of pizza, the “card” to play the games with the elastic holder and the loading of the card made for a very expensive afternoon. Three and a half hours of fun cost approx.$90.00. The kids had fun which is why I gave two stars. A place like this can and should do better with their overall pricing and...

A year to the day, among other times in between we've been going back. The birthday party for our son in 2019 was amazing!!!! We booked early in the day 10:00-11:00am around this time. It was our party and another one. Definitely not crowded at all. Other times throughout the year just stopped in for food and games and everytime was perfect!!! Now fast forward to the Great Pandemic of Covid-19 2020. Thanks for opening back up. We we're worried as other businesses have closed permanently, Chuck E. Cheese remains open. I think there were 2 maybe 3 on staff. Amazingly friendly, the food was STILL really good and the social distancing kept everyone feeling safe. I hope they'll make it through this. Obviously there's some changes and that's totally expected. But our son didn't really notice so that was fine for us. We had an hour and a half or so of normalcy. It was great. Stop in for lunch or dinner. Help em out and keep em open!!!!! The photos are from 2019 and 2020. You'll be able to see the difference in the years. We can't wait to get back!!! ::::Back in 2023::::: still great service and the pizza is fantastic!!!!! Wonderful...

We hosted my daughter’s 5th birthday party here yesterday, she loves chuck e cheese, she and her friends enjoyed the experience. Taking two stars away since we thought the hostess was rushing us through the entire party. We booked the mega fun package for 28 kids and it was predicted that there would be some delays since the guest count was large but they seemed to be in hurry to wrap up everything. She asked my husband to pay for the package in hurry when I was busy with the guests, and he paid with wrong credit card. I had booked the party on my name, she should have asked me to pay! When we asked to void that transaction and charge on a different card, she said the systems are closed for the day, and Manager can only revert the transaction, so come tomorrow. After a busy Monday in office I went to the store only to hear from the manager that she can’t do anything and call the guest service!

We were also not given the ticket blaster experience saying the system is not working!! We spent a lot of $$ on this party and this is not what we expect in return! Although the kids enjoyed party it didn’t leave good...

We were there for a 6th Birthday party for a friend’s child. And since the celebration was on a Sunday - the place was packed, which is to be expected. Lots of entertainment available for the children, although this Chuck E. Cheese isn’t as big as others around the area. But my child still enjoyed the arcades and games, dancing and taking photos with Chuck E. Taking 1 star away only because - the hostess rushed through the party, and even though there were only 7 children in our party - she never made time to connect with any of the kids, not even the birthday boy. So, if the party was for my child - I would be extremely disappointed. But since we were guests - I am only taking 1 star. Really liked their lemonade - it was perfect! I can see how parking can be challenging over the weekend, if you have the option to carpool - maybe that’s best! Otherwise, the place was super clean for the amount of people there on a Sunday. They cleaned up and set up the table for the next party after ours - in less than 20 minutes. Impressive! P.S. If you found this review helpful - please, give it a thumbs up! Thank you!

Typical Chuck-E-Cheese experience. You only end up here if you have kids. Everything is expensive $85 for two kids unlimited play for an hour and a pizza and 3 drinks. Games are getting a little stale especially if you have a younger kid who doesn't want to ride the rides but not quite yet able to play some of the ticket games. The pizza was surprisingly good. The people here (other customers) were rude and their kids unruly like they've never been in public before but that's not the businesses fault that's people in general. Service was a little slow and had a huge line at the register when you 1st come in until someone else finally came over to open up another register. Also it was surprisingly busy for a Sunday evening.

This is our neighborhood Chuck E Cheese. We got the summer pass so now we practically live here. I’m gonna make sure we get our moneys worth. I know I sound like an amateur but their pizza is amazing and closest I’ve had since visiting Italy. They put some magical garlic seasoning on the crust. Service is pretty good although sometimes they seem like they need to hire another person or two. I’ll keep coming here until further notice.
