I wish I could give this place a negative number. It's unfortunate I have to leave this review. The food is good, we've been here before but will never be back again. The owners are dishonest, not empathetic towards their customers and pulled a bait and switch. They have a half price menu on saturdays. We've ordered online before but this time we called the order in. When I reached the restaurant I told the owner the bill was $20 more than it should be because we ordered sushi from the 50% off menu. The owner refused to give us the discount because she said it was online only but the special says nothing about that on their website. She refused to listen and proceeded to walk away even when I showed her the website said nothing about the discount being online order. At this point you would've expected them to take care of us, but not this owner. Instead of doing the right thing she got in an argument with me and like a child just walked away. I've never seen anything like this before. Not only is this dishonest business practice but you'd think they would be a little more accommodating and be happy that they are still in business when so many other restaurants have had to shut down during this difficult time. It's a shame because we've told our friends about how great the food is but will now tell them and all of you never to visit this restaurant again. This restaurant should be shut down for their dishonesty. Their customers are who's keeping them in business so they can provide for their families. They should have some decency and understand that but they don't. If you've read this, please don't visit this restaurant. Tell everyone you know not to visit this restaurant because they're stealing from their customers. How dare you the owners of this restaurant. They had misleading pictures on door dash showing the food we ordered as sushi but all we got was fried tempura. I’m pretty sure I talked to the owner on the phone but he lied that he wasn’t the owner. He kinda gave himself away by blaming that it wasn’t his fault it was door dashes fault. And then tried gaslighting us how door dash works. The owners individually puts pictures of the items in the app and he’s telling me that’s wrong apparently. He did explain that it started with an A so it meant appetizer but how tf was I supposed to know that as a first time customer. He also kept repeating himself and not listening to us at all kinda like a narc. The owners seem to intentionally try and mislead people to order this and then have them order more food again. This is false advertising and we didnt even want to eat this food.
Though we did try the food because we were starving but honestly it tasted so bland and boring and was extremely fried and greasy. I’m not one of those health freaks but ew. It’s so greasy and not even good tasting grease. The soy sauce helped a lil but was that cheap soy sauce. The food we got was just pure grease unlike the sushi we were supposed to get. Which if this stuff was going to be in the sushi too then yikes.
I wanted to try out their sushi but I don’t wanna pay someone who was rude and dismissing. My bf and have been going around trying out all the sushi places here and I rec this one the 2nd worse. 1st worse is noodles and sushi delight I never had my body reject food that fast.

Today's experience was catching charges worthy :( Place looked closed from outside, inside we were greeted by the ugly giving face employee who should never EVER be in customer facing line of work. Seeing a family of 5, his look got uglier and we did not feel welcome. We were only ones in this outdated restaurant that opened shortly when we arrived to celebrate a birthday. We were served lukewarm water with ZERO ice that tasted weird, hose water tastes better so who knows if it was from toilet. Just disgusting. Once food arrived of 10+ different roll types, all look and taste same, unappealing look, taste, texture, just sad sushi with poor quality all around in every category. We struggled to finish eating such garbage that you even dreaded drowning with water since that too was atrocious. Bill comes, 167.71 bucks of which 129.75 is for 5 all you can eat, 14.60 tax and a forced gratuity 18% 23.36. This is robbery. I find this terrible host and request forced gratuity removed as we are only a party of 5 and he damn sure did not deserve such tip. He said 5 is his policy and proceeds to try to find where this invisible policy is visible, there was not one. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE INSPECTED AND SHUT DOWN! HORRIBLE PLACE AND EXPERIENCE!
