Employees fairly rude. Woman taking orders over the speaker sounded extremely annoyed that she had to take my order, guy at the window just sticks out his hand for your card without saying anything, hands you your food without a single word as well. When I said thank you he just shut the windows. Checked my bag and noticed I didn’t get a straw for my drink so I didn’t pull away from the window, when he noticed me he rolled his eyes and opened the window and just looked at me. I asked if I could please have a straw. He hands it to me and before I even finish the word “thanks” he slams the window again. If you want to feel like you’re a huge inconvenience for wanting to order lunch from the place that employees and signs these peoples paychecks then this is the place for you. If you want to have a pleasant and very basic interaction with the people that work here you won’t find it. Food was...

Used to be our "go to". Has now changed hands. Never again, even if the food was free! New owner apparently has some kind of insurance scam going, or wants the tax write off. Important menu items were dropped. They are still Zaxby's staples, just not at this location. Unfortunately, we didn't find this out until after our chosen "spokesperson" had made the order. We all wish we had left to go elsewhere at that point. 2 of our party are allergic to MSG, so we ordered very carefully to avoid it...only to be given piles of ranch sauce, applied to the plates by someone whose hands were covered in one (or more) of the wing sauces. Son's order smelled like burned hair, as if the wings weren't properly cleaned before cooking. He was ill for 3 days afterwards. I will only get more angry if I continue, but this is NOT the end of the list of things gone wrong...

Let me just start this by saying an entire work crew of high school teenagers is a horrible idea. Not only did they get my order wrong it was served cold..and that was fine by them. One would think that loaded cheese fries should come with the cheese melted on the French fry not cold. It gets better. Our stop was at 7pm and they were beginning to close for the evening. My husbands food was so bad it physically made him vomit. He waited patiently for the high school girl to stop cleaning the bathroom (15 minutes). He thought she had finished and he went in and threw up. Then she barged in the bathroom and told him to get out while he was throwing up from the terrible food. Needless to say we will never eat here ever again. What happened to taking care of customers or being concerned if they are sick..not yelling at them to get out of...
