Taco Bell — Restaurant in White Lake Charter Township

I usually go to the other Taco bell in town however I was tired after work and this one is on the way home. It was fine at first placed my order the lady at the window was nice, I got my food and parked to check if all My items were there, They were not. My order wasn't particularly big so there's no reasons to be missing anything. I tried to go to the lobby to get the rest of my items which was locked. By this time there was about 7 cars in the drive thru. I called to see if they could bring out my food instead of having to wait another 25 minutes in the drive thru line to get something I should have already received. She said no, I had to go back through the drive thru. If it wasn't my children's food that was missing I would have just left. So I waited 20 minutes finally got back up to the speaker and asked if they could remake the entire order since it was now cold because I had to wait so long for their mistake. She told me no she wasn't going to do that. I get to the window and Im handed a bag which is still missing some of the items.. so I'm waiting and waiting and finally she opens the window back up and says "ma'am can I help you your holding up my line" I said yeah I'm still missing some food and put my car in park and said "you're holding up my night so I have no problem holding up your line." I asked for her name so I could make a complaint against this "manager" which she refused to give me. She kept saying how it was only her and one other lady inside and like I get it but at the same time there's no need to be nasty. She also started telling me that she has a kidney infection as if that's an excuse to why she can't do her job properly. Cuss words were exchanged on both sides and I left. I will not be returning to this location you need to train your staff on how to treat the customers that pay their salary. I am a manager at a local food establishment and I would Never speak to a customer the way this girl did. Absolutely disgusting and she should lose her job for that simple fact alone. And at the end of it all I still was missing one taco and my family ate cold soggy tacos for dinner. Also this is the chips...

This place is disgusting I know someone that works here if at all avoid eating here! They serve expired food and I’m surprised that the health department hasn’t came in yet considering nothing temps correct and no one knows what they’re doing and the management is a joke! This store if they keep up the way they are doing business they won’t be open for to much longer! I watched a manager stick his hands in the garbage and go make food do you really want to eat at a place like this ? If you get sick from eating here don’t say I didn’t warn you! They have people sit at the speaker because there to unethical to make food correct and they can only make one order at a time so if your sitting at the speaker for 10 mins that’s why! So a 10 order is a big deal to them to make so that’s why your being held at the speaker forever waiting for your order to be taken just wanted to point that out and they always have the lobby locked because there management is to overwhelm to make orders. Why be in this position then? Bad business practice if you ask me but hey what do I know I work at a company that did 30,000 a day 🤷‍♀️ right!! I only gave this a 1 store because it is required. The staff here are very racist!!! I had blonde hair in my food and brought it back in to have it remade. The cashier said no problem and for me to throw my order away. Well I did just that. They remade my order but not my drink, as I was proceeding to say nevermind about the drink, she said "oh yeah we know you didn't have hair in your food because all of our Staff has on new shirts " 🙄 I'm not sure what sense that made. However, there was a big woman who came from the back very rude and belligerent saying your order is remade I'm going to ask you to leave my store! My mouth is on the floor at this point. I asked for a refund and they both just walked from me. I heard them behind the fryers saying she's still standing there. Well she's gonna be standing there all day. She ended up calling the police on me because I wanted a refund. The officer came and made her give me a refund and he saw how ignorant she was.
