i went to this location today and I had a horrible experience. When I went to the counter, a young girl asked to help me. I told her that I wanted a large bun and then I pointed to a specific bun. She looked at me with a nasty look and she cut me off started to tell me how much my order would be. She didnât know if I wanted something else or not, she just gave me a total. While putting my card in the reader, I looked over to my friend and told her to make sure the person that gets my bun, gives me the one that I had asked requested. After ringing me up, the ride young woman went back to the display tray and started to take out a bun from the casing. My friend tried to stop her and reminded her that I had asked for a specific bun. The buns closer to the cashiers looked a little dry. I wanted one that was further away from the opening of the casing. The girl ignored my friend and continued to take out the drier looking bun. stepped In and told the girl for a THIRD TIME, that I asked for a specific bun. The girl looked at me and gave me another nasty look and said âwe only take from the front of the traysâ this seemed weird because I had been able to pick the bun that I wanted, prior to this. I canceled my order because I could tell that the girl was just being difficult and rude for no reason.
I stepped away with my card but then I decided to ask another worker if there was a manager around. The manager that came over, was a woman that had been standing there the entire time. She had heard the conversation that I had with the cashier. When I asked if it was Protocol to deny the customer a specific item? She covered for the girl, saying that they didnât pull from the back of the trays because those buns are hotter and may burn someone. It was total bs and I knew it. I took the liberty of calling their corporate office to let them know about the service I had received with their business. Iâll make sure to leave this review anywhere that I can. When I got there this morning I asked for fresh cinnamon buns and the woman there said it would be at least 40 minutes.I told her wanted to buy 13 buns and she said she wouldn't be able to pack a them as 6pk I could only get the prepackaged ones at the 6pk price(stale) bc apparently she can only pack Indv. Ones fresh bc of the boxes???,at a cost of$4 more per bun.I also wanted to purchase 13 extra icing. So she lost a sale of$65 bc she insisted on charging me over$80. She claims at 10am when I got there and when they opened the prepackaged ones were made that morning. If what she said was true about how long they take to Make and SIT TO COOL apparently gets to work over 2 hours early. They were definitely old and stale like last week. Terrible Terrible...
   Read moreTwice I received old stale buns, the first time I just figured ok maybe it just depends who makes them and I was unlucky. However, the second time was a clear indication its the actual place and more likely no one in charge of quality. I did notice both of the times were in the past year and they gave me extra icing on the side without me asking for it. This must be because they know they are serving old buns because every other time when they were fine they did not throw in the free icing. Beware if they do this to you, and its really unfortunate they have no standards especially with high prices for junk food. Better off buying the Pillsbury ones and baking them yourself, at least you know the food is clean and fresh....
