Pandora Jewelry — Local services in Whitehall

It’s a shame that I couldn’t give negative stars. Went in here a couple of weeks ago to buy Christmas gifts for 6 people. The employees were VERY pushy and kept stating at everything I liked “ well with the holidays coming once everything’s gone it’s gone “ so I decided to shop that day due to that comment and spent about $600 . Then I went in today because I noticed one of the necklaces I bought was damaged and really really discolored at the clamp . I didn’t have the necklace on me but was explaining to one of the associates what has happened to see if they were going to allow me to return it when I brought it in . I was telling her that the best way to describe the damage to the necklace was to say it looked worn out and discolored . A woman who I think was the manager then came over and didn’t even greet me , she began by saying “ well none of the jewelry we sell is worn and we inspect them before we sell them . “ ( well obviously not because the necklace I was sold was very noticibly damaged in the back ) so I told them I would bring the necklace next time I came. So I walked out and and almost immediately came back because for future reference I wanted to get the woman’s name who sold me the necklace because she was there today . Upon entering the woman at the door greeted me with “ okay slow down “ and then asked me why I was there again . I stated that I wanted to speak with the woman who sold me the necklace , then the manager lady again butted in and stated “ I just spoke with you , you were just here , what do you want ? “ . The rest isn’t important but after spending so much money on a necklace that was damaged before I purchased it I was extremely dissatisfied with the service of this place and the people they call “ managers . “ every woman in there was very rude and I think pandora needs to retrain all of the associates in there on customer service , because they lack . -10 stars if I...

Not sure where this company finds these miserable people to work there, but it's certainly not good for business. I come around at least once a year during the holidays and for the second year in a row, I was greeted by rude women who were rushing to get us out of the store. One of the ladies (an older lady) told us that "there was a line" in a very nasty tone after walking in to browse, since we thought the two people at the entrance were waiting for family, because who the hell has a line to browse when everything is behind plexy glass! I had every mind to just walk out, but unfortunately, I had to get this gift that day. Once we were directed inside, the young lady who helped us was very impatient with us for not knowing what we wanted straight away (we were just browsing through charms). After picking out what we wanted and paying for it, she just handed the bag over, trying to rush me out without even giving me a receipt that I had to come back and ask for. Such a trashy location and people with zero customer service skills. Will not be coming back. If you can, avoid this place...

I am a long time lover of Pandora jewelry!! I have three bracelets three rings and two pairs of earrings. I enjoy buying Pandora jewelry for my family/friends and I’m also a Pandora credit card holder. So I went to the Pandora store at Lehigh Valley Mall in Whitehall PA, a store that I usually love to shop in, because a stone fell out of one of my rings. It seems that when I came there with a problem I didn’t receive the same welcome I would if I was coming to purchase something. The sales associate looked at my ring asking when I brought it. I told her in October 2018 she said she has to talk to a manager. She went in the back with my ring and came back saying it could not be exchanged because it was bent more oval and not round. I couldn’t see it so I spoke with the manager myself. The manager came as if she didn’t know what was going on which was confusing to me. Once I explained what was going on to her she sided with the sales associate. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars in that store!!! Needless to say I will not spend another dime...
