Ordered delivery from this location on Valentine's day and tonight. Would have selected pickup as its only a 5 min drive, but decided on pizza right before 10pm and were about to watch the UFC PPV.
Pizza tracker showed delivered/order complete at 10:45. I took a screenshot at 10:49. I had been in and out checking for a delivery vehicle. Figured they just prematurely closed the order to meet quotas and would be there shortly. At 10:52 I called the store and was disconnected twice before talking to an unprofessional employee. I started by explaining that the tracker says the order was delivered. I was told not to go by the tracker, we don't use the tracker. I was asked for and provided her the phone number associated with the order. She replied they do not have an order for this number. I provided the order number, I was asked to confirm address associated with order. She claimed that when the driver came to pick up the orders, ours was not ready. I said, ok, so then the order was already attributed to that driver and thats why it says delivered? Yeah, they are delivering your order now, well, so... I replied, thank you. Her tone changed as she remembered the bare minimum of phone etiquette, and quickly rambled off, thank you have a good night, click.
No pizza.
I called again at 12:39 after reading these reviews and figuring that a 2 hour wait for delivery from this location is not that unusual, but getting really hungry and fights had ended. Gave the order number, say that pizza never arrived. She (I think same girl) says you should have called to check on your order. I replied, I did call at just before 11pm and spoke to a young lady, likely to you. She says hold on. Returns to phone saying that the delivery driver called us and since we didn't answer the phone, they brought the pizza back to the store. (We did not hear the call as the phone with number that placed the order was plugged in to charge and unfortunately silenced.) I was annoyed and instead lied that the person with phone that was used to place the order had left. I said we've never had to answer the phone for delivery from this location. She said its supposed to be contactless. I replied that drivers usually knock and if they want contactless they can set the order on the porch. She replied that they used to do that but people would complain that they found their orders 30 min later and it was now cold. (I'd rather have slightly cold pizza then pizza that is marked delivered then returned to the store with no further contact.) I ask if the order was canceled/refunded. No, I can refund it now. I ask why if the order was returned to the store, was it not then refunded. I forget her reply. I ask if they still have the order in the store. I say we want it but expect to be reimbursed for any delivery fee and tip. I think she says they can remake the pizza. I said we are not waiting for redelivery and will pick up the original order and since its now 2+ hours old I want a full refund. This is at 12:45, she replies we close for carryout soon, you won't make it in time. I ask when do you close for carryout? Soon, he wont make it. Are you opened for pickup till 1am? Yes, but he wont make it. I reply hes leaving now. She disconnected the call. I watched our shared tracking on Google maps, he got there in 5 min. They were already remaking the order. When he returned with the hot, very good, evenly cut for once, even if not cut all the way through, pizza and topped boneless wings (nugget lasagna), I asked him to check if they did indeed call. He had a missed call at 10:40. Which means when I called at 10:52, she never confirmed with the driver that he did have our order, the tracker was accurate, the pizza was not picked up late, but in fact it was currently on its way back to the store while I was being advised to keep waiting for a pizza that was never going to arrive nor be refunded until I inquired on my 4th phone call after 2 hang ups.
TLDR Ordered delivery @ 10pm, carried out @ 1am after lies...
Read moreHere’s my review, I been ordering from here for few months here and there expecting for the food to be better every visit, unfortunately countless times I have ordered pizza , and was received with no sauce one time I sent the pizza back and to no avail, another pizza with no sauce was delivered and I had to send it back again, having to wait nearly 2 hours to finally get a pizza with sauce and then I feel bad because I already tipped and don’t want to keep tipping for having them bring another pizza. And I mean 0 sauce like they forgot that step, and other times they add very little sauce I can barely see the sauce, either that or it’s waay too much sauce on the pizza causing it to be soggy filth that I’ll probably eat anyways because I already paid and was hungry. So probably once out of every 10 times I get a perfectly good pizza which is crazy . I’ll probably find myself ordering more pizza because I’m lazy and this is the only delivery pizza at 12am is probably the best I can find for now.. also chicken habanero sandwich , I always order it with my pizza , and I find that over half the time, it never has any sauce, and I mean no sauce as In they forget to add that step so as a work around I just end up buying the habanero dipping cup , which sucks because why am I being forced to buy 75 cents for a habanero dipping cup.
As well as was one time I ordered here and received pizza with Alfredo sauce , and my receipt clearly said marinara, and I call the store and it literally rang for 20 minutes and no one picks up the phone… so I go to the dominos pizza place which is 5 minutes away and they were able to remake it. And their excuse is sorry we couldn’t pick up the phone because we are just so busy
Ordering from here you might be happy, sad , or may not really care and eat whatever they make..
I think part of the problem is that these guys aren’t getting paid enough...
Read moreCalled in a phone oder for this restaurant for the first time. MC was staying at the Ramada Inn and they were .5 of a mile away. Figured great, easy to order dinner. What a laugh! Called in at 2:13, see picture below. Ordered over phone. Called again at 3:06 and the automated message said that it was on its way. Still no pizza. Called a third time at 3:32 and waited for a person to answer the phone. The man who answered was rude, argumentative, and hung up on me and called MC a liar. Every number is this stores number that was called. They finally showed up at 3:57. The driver claimed he couldn't make change. The pizza was cold and stuck to the box. So from 2:13 to 3:57 for one pizza 0.5 miles away! Seriously?! If I could give 0 stars I would have after what MC went through. This Domino's doesn't care about new customers, doesn't care about delivering to the hotels nearby, and definitely doesn't care about making someone wait almost 2 hours and still charged a 4.29 delivery fee! No saying they are sorry. No excuses, even though there is not one. Just rude people who obviously don't care about their job, representing the Domino's brand or delivering a worthwhile product. Yes, he ate the pieces, he was starving and had a horrible headache. And he needed to sleep before making a delivery of his own. He had driven 18 hours before ordering this pizza. Needless to say, he felt horrible later that night and the next day. (This was dictated to me from the person who made the order. ) If this Domino's is like this, they need to either get all new crew members and managers or just close down for good! I'm sure they don't care about the reviews written about them. But you all, reading this, need to know what you are up against if you choose to...
