Dunkin' — Restaurant in Whitehall

This is gonna be very long so sit tight get some popcorn went here about a month ago, basically the coffee I had didn’t taste good and food tasted freezer burnt, keep in mind me and my mom were regulars until this incident, since I paid in cash I contacted Dunkin customer service and notified them about the issue, was told they had to escalate it and I’d get a update within a few days, I didn’t hear back, called again and was told I’d be given points and a call back from the store, got a call from the lady that everyone else is complaining about in this reviews, the TINY lady, she apologized for the experience but didn’t offer anything such as a free drink or food, that’s not proper compensation…sorry lady but I didn’t spend 12$ and complain for an apology, I can’t remember if I called her back to discuss a refund but I called Dunkin instead and once again they said they would have them contact me, KEEP IN MIND I COMPLAINED THREE TIMES IN TOTAL!! because the lady or owner or whoever the hell she is couldn’t fix the damn issue!, got a voicemail from her and she claimed she was ready to give my money back and she had to “speak with me”, I called her to let her know I was coming and she’s going on and on about how I apparently complained TEN times, I can’t remember everything that was discussed in the call but I went there and spoke to a worker to who got that crazy lady of a manager, the lady proceeded to say I was “banned” that police had my name and number, and that her workers were “afraid” of me, ME!? I can tell everyone reading this far that I went in there with the kindest attitude and just went there and asked for my refund, like lady ur workers are AFRAID of you!, I got my money back and left and contacted Dunkin immediately about the incident I also followed up today and notified them about all the bad reviews including mine, they said there’s not much hope in anything changing as most stores are owned individually, but that manager deserves to be fired and shame on the owner of this location for allowing this kind of behavior over something that could’ve been so easily...

It was Saturday morning around 10:00 am and my wife an I went through the drive thru we were there about 15 secs and the lady on the speaker said sir are you ready I said no give me a second please. The lady proceeded on saying sir you’ve been there for 60 seconds are you ready I said no the lady asked me about 6 times back to back am I ready until I just drove off. I just want to mention we did not have one car behind us. As I passed the window the employees were looking and laughing at us. Needless to say My wife wrote a bad yelp review and google review because of how We were treated. On Wednesday morning my wife gets a call from the manager on her personal cellphone saying that the reason the employee was rushing us is because they have a timer on the drive thru. She was yelling at my wife saying that she didn’t care that her employees acted a certain way and went as far as to tell my wife that the next time she goes to Dunkin donuts to go inside and stop holding up the drive thru. My wife then called corporate offices and explained the situation. An hour later my wife got a call from Whitehall police, stating that she was banned from the property for reasons that did not make sense to him, but because it’s private property he had to call. The officer advised me to take legal action and to contact corporate again! I am so upset that this transpired, these employees and upper level management are representing YOU, your name!!! This is unfair and discrimination had they treated us right like decent people none of this...

Horrible customer service the lady literally told me oh are you ready you have been looking at the menu for 60 secs and kept asking me if I was ready there was literally no cars behind me!! The badgering was so bad I had to leave !!! This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to and when we drove around to get off the drive thru the employees were looking out the window laughing !!! If you don't want to work that's fine but why be rude? Do not go here !!! To top it all off this location called me and started to argue with me saying that I needed to hurry up and to go inside next time. At this point I called the corporate office and an hour later Whitehall police calls me and tells me I cannot go on the property anymore because of this complaint the officer agreed with me and said I should take legal action and call corporate again. My husband then calls and the STORE OWNER calls him back and was super nice to HIM! That's also sexist!! This location should be ashamed, management should be changed, take pride in what you do! please please do not go here !! and everytime i've been to this location beforehand its just mediocre customer service. Go to the one by American Parkway or up the street don't give these people business, also to merge into this place it's a nightmare sometimes the drivers on the street do not want to...
