Massey's Pizza - Whitehall — Restaurant in Whitehall

The four stars for service applies to the staff working inside prepping pizzas. As for the curbside pickup, I give that service 1/2 star. I followed the instruction to give notification I had arrived to receive my order and after 20 minutes of waiting I ended up going inside to get my order. Now, in all fairness, the reason I was willing to wait an additional 20 minutes for Curbside pickup service was because I was observing from the parking lot how busy the staff was inside the restaurant. There was no way possible for the already "swamped with orders" staff was going to be able to respond to my Curbside pickup notification. My pizza was fresh, hot and delicious as it always is when I get pizza from Massey's Whitehall location, which confirmed what I suspected, there was no staff available to work Curbside Pickup. So, my suggestion for the Massey's Pizza location in Whitehall, do away with Curbside Pickup because you definitely do not have the staff necessary to provide...

Called in to order and was told my order would be ready in 35-40 minutes. I arrived on time and they went to check on my order. All I could hear was the 2 employees cursing at each other and I was able to decipher half my order hadn’t even gone in the oven yet. They told me it would be at least another 15-20 minutes. While waiting I observed several customers experiencing similar issues and some worse. The employees were less than friendly and completely unapologetic to the customers, myself included. The cursing continued throughout the visit. After 20 minutes I asked to check on my order. The guy walked away, looked at me several more times and never gave me an update until I was handed my food 10 minutes later. And my order was wrong. So quoted 35-40 minutes for it to take over an hour with the wrong order and not even an apology. This staff is a mess and I certainly will not be returning. Not sure who was even in charge but this was about the worst I’ve seen or...

I guess this is what you get when you order a half and half pizza, literally about 3/4 and 1/4 and then cut the wrong angle. There were literally only 5 slices (and since they are party cut they are small) of pizza that only had pepperoni, the rest had pepperoni and green olives. The pizza was also a little over cooked. We had added garlic cheese bread that ended up being slightly under cooked. When we sent the pictures to Masseys FB page with our issues they were viewed within 30 minutes and almost 20 hours later we got no response, even after telling them we would post reviews everywhere we could. So if you are looking for to spend over $20 for overcooked pizza that is no where near a 1/2 1 topping and other 1/2 2 toppings and undercooked garlic cheese bread then this is the place for you. As for us, we will choose to go to one of the numerous other places that offer the same style pizza, actually respond to customers, will get the order right...
