Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Whitewater

We typically go out to local non food chain places for dinner on a Friday night but we were kind of craving hot subs. This will not happen again. The staff was entirely rude! The girl had quite an attitude and the store was not clean at all. She wrote down our orders and still managed to screw mine up but charged me for the correct one. Interested. I ordered the #16 - Chicken Philly, I received beef. Im very cautious of my red meat intake so I was pretty ticked off that this occured, but we were running late for a football game and it had already taken 10 min to get our food, so I dealt with it. Listen.. when people order something specific, it might be for a reason! Give the customers what they ask for! I also ordered additional toppings, which I watched her write down, and didnt put them on the sub. I ended up having to ask for them on the side and put them on myself. This girl seemed to have an issue with me in specific from the moment we walked in. Our family of 4 spent $40 on subs and soda in a fast food chain restaurant! THAT was with a coupon! I cant fathom that.. Rude service, incorrect order, dirty restaurant and not being waited on! No! We spend less at a sit down restaurant! We will not...

My husband and I recently moved to Whitewater from Philadelphia. We wanted a taste of Philly while watching the Eagles/Vikings game. We had cheese steaks. The meat was tender, not greasy, the rolls were like back East and we were able to substitute American for provolone cheese and add sautéed mushrooms.
