If you are in Blue Bell and looking for a Burger King then this is A place for you TO GO(not great, not new or distinct, just Burger King). All the standard fare is there.
That brings me to some positives and negatives about the place. They have staff, so that's good I suppose, there is lots of parking even if it is crammed in there shoehorn style, handicapped access - technically - since the BK is level and has curbside ramps, and as with almost all fast-food joints, you can: dine-in or drive-through and takeaway. The pricing is on the lower end of moderate, and the interior is updated and modern but still has a children's play area and ballpit which saves many parents from a hellish meal potentially.
Now I want to take some time to go a little more in depth with a few positive and negative thoughts. (Staff has been a issue for me here for many years due to a handful of terrible experiences that fell far short of even well-known standards and when complaint was filed every time it was met with instantaneous criticism and ignorance.)Sadly, sometimes the staff are so professional and proud but because of the larger number of young workers and high turnover, the negative or toxic people return relentlessly.
I definitely have spent a decent or fair bit of time overall in going out of the way to visit alternative options but since this is the closest one to me, a review seemed worthwhile and if even one person can avoid a nightmare potentially then it was worth doing *100.
Personal bias aside and if focused purely on getting a relatively cheap meal with burger or chicken via BK in Blue Bell, then this will be one of your go to joints.
If you don't need or want to consider anything but the cost, type, and source of the meal(specific chains, specific cuts of meat or types of meat or ways to rear the animal the meat comes from to name a few sources and ideas behind choice or types of meat prep, veggie prep etc.) This place should check all the boxes for you so long as BK is what you want and you are: in, around, or passing through Blue Bell and have a few extra bucks by comparison to potential competitors or even the same chain just down the road in a area that is only recently being modernized and gentrified(and not commenting on these things/gentrification/my personal bias potential- I am very aware of their impact and how negative they are, and how a personal bias can taint a review. These are personal opinions that you can accept or ignore š).
Biased Final Thoughts: Nothing about the pricing works in their favor, I've had some really awful experiences with the staff, never had a single problem resolved soundly and at the end of the day - they are far from the only burger joint locally and definitely NOT the only local Burger King.
Unbiased Final Thoughts: If you want Burger King and are in the Blue Bell area, this is one of the common sense choices due to location, depth of stores and the high volume traffic on both sides of the restaurant. There's a bus stop right in front across from Giant Supermarket here as well. It's pure convenience.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreAt approximately 3:20pm my child and I attempted to order at this location and were refused by the on duty store manager by the name of Soul Dillo, if he provided the correct name.
He refused to give the name of the District Manager or phone number to corporate for me to complain too. I was provided the name of the store owner by a completely different service worker there. And Googled around for corresponding corporate phone numbers before agreeing to pull off.
I was refused my food order by Soul Dillo because the coupon number on the corner was not given prior to reaching the payment window however; I explained to him that I in fact notified the service worker at the time of ordering that I had a coupon to provide and she could not hear me after stating it twice. I also explained this to the payment service worker when I first reached her. He then proceeded to lecture me on how I āneed to speak up better when they cannot hearā which is very insulting and I said just that, as āIt is not my fault she could not hear me. She seemed to hear my food order just fine.ā
As I have already communicated via email to BK and am now leaving this review. I will next continue attempting to reach the corporate office, district manager/Store owner and the BBB for proper handling of this horrible customer service as I am sure it cannot be condoned. Perhaps this person needs a retraining in customer service if not to lose his...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent through the drive through for food a little after 8 and there was only 1 car in front of me that was already by the pickup window. The lady at the order sign made us sit and wait several minutes before taking order. After paying I pulled forward to go to the pickup window and the pay lady and the pickup window lady both leaned out of their windows screaming at us about pulling forward without them telling us too and screaming something about a "timer" and how we messed it up. They then refused to give us our food at the pickup window and made us pull around front to wait for someone to come out. After waiting several more minutes, a 3rd lady came out with our food and forgot to bring our drink and had to go back in for it.
This was extremely unprofessional being yelled at for "messing up their timer" and frustrating as it took over 20 minutes to get through the drive through with only 1 car in front of us that had left by the time we paid. The car behind us they also yelled at and then they drove off from the pay window (I don't think they got their food, just left without it).
I hope the manager/owner of this franchise sees this and corrects their workers to hopefully prevent this type of behavior from happening again...
