I was disappointed with my recent visit here. The cashier was very quiet and unfriendly toward me, but then noticeably more pleasant and welcoming with the next customer of Asian descent. That difference in treatment made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
On top of that, when I paid, the cashier looked through the bills in the drawer and gave me only the most worn-looking dollars for my change. Lastly, I later realized that the palm sugar I purchased was expired, which should never happen in a grocery store.
