From The Boot — Restaurant in Whitpain Township

Ok everyone my wife and I just ordered a plain pizza 🍕 from the boot. The first time the pizza came out it was over done ✅, so we send it back now the second pizza was extremely burnt and again we sent it back. At this time the owner Ron came to our table to let us know that we complained to much for the two burned pizza🍕. At the end of the day Ron wanted us to eat the burned pizza . Be cause we refused he had told us that we needed to part ways.!! Everyone this is what I call Bad business practice. !!! So I had to give him a schooling regarding business. Never Never tell the customer to eat the burnt food. Ron is latin like myself, so I let him have it and by the way I paid for the two burnt pizza. I met a friend here for lunch one day. I left work, about 1.5 miles away, and arrived at 12:10. The waitress took our food order at 12:15. We ordered several small plates and one sandwich. We asked the waitress to bring the food to the table as soon as it was cooked, as we were on a limited time schedule. At 12:43, quite frustrated, I asked the waitress where our food was. She informed me it was being prepared. She immediately returned with all of the food we had ordered and most of the dishes were barely warm. I was able to eat a few bites of a couple of the plates and had the rest wrapped to go. I had to leave to get back to work. We spoke to another woman in the restaurant who was there before us and still had not received her food. She, also was on her lunch break. I would NOT recommend this place for lunch. Friday night November 18th 2022 family and I wanted to try something new out heard from friends about this place so gave it a try

The food was beyond good in fact it was out of this 🌎awesome

I had the pasta Nicola with chicken fresh cut☀ dry 🍅 fresh cut beans and fresh homemade arcola sauce I love so much it's too bad I don't have the correct ingredients so I can make it myself at home

My mom had the chicken somabuca that was absolutely delicious she said the difference is it came with roasted potatoes instead of pasta the Somabuca usually come with pasta but not this time

My father had an eggplant with roasted potatoes and he said it was fantastic

I'm very pleased with the place the only thing I recommend is the service needs to be better it took about a Half hour to get asked for drinks even on a busy Friday night
