Crumbl — Restaurant in Wichita Falls

I don't understand how this place stays in business, honestly. On the positive side, the store is ALWAYS clean, and the staff is ALWAYS friendly. They must pay their staff fairly well, because there always seems to be at least 6 people working everytime I go there. The so-so stuff: limited assortment. To the best of my knowledge, the have about 6 to 8 different style of cookie per week. They change up the variety every week; they do keep it fresh. That means if you don't like the selection, wait until next week. But, if you find something that you really like, there's no telling when it will make the rotation again. The cookies themselves are just so-so...not great imo, not bad. I have tried a few different kinds and I have always walked away why the hell I spent $5 a cookie for this. Possibly, my wife and I have just become good at baking, and what we make at home is infinitely better, but then (when we are lazy and don't feel like making cookies from scratch) even the nestle toll house pre-made just cut from the roll and pop in the oven cookies taste better. Ambiance of the store was amazing. Clean with the smell of the freshest cookies. Pleasant staff and awesome customer service. On this trip we had 5 cookies: 2/10 classic sugar cookie- nothing special in taste. I feel i can get the same thing at a Walmart for far less money and trouble. But it is super pretty and almost iconic with the soft pink frosting to match the crumbl box 6/10-lucky charms was so super soft and ooey gooey cc icing. Solid cookie but lucky charms didnt add anything to flavor just was a cute adornment. 7/10- fried ice cream was pretty good but i don’t remember much so that sucks was told by my daughter it was amazing when chilled so i hate i missed that experience 9/10 red velvet was the suprising show stopper for me bc i am not too bug a fan of the cake but this was amazing would hv given it a 10/10 if it was heavily layered with fresh raw pecan pieces and them thruout the cookie. What more could you want then good, fresh baked, soft, big cookies that you can have delivered to your door! I mean I would happily have these delivered weekly if I could afford it. I also love that they change their flavors weekly so you get something new or if you maybe don't like one week just wait a week & there's all new flavors. I had to take a star away unfortunately because they raised their prices. I believe they were a little high as they were before but now with them being even higher, plus the fact that they charge $7 to deliver I mean that alone is steep. And I'm not not able to go get them myself because I have no transportation & I'm disabled so getting them myself is not an option but having these as a special treat really makes my week better but now with the higher cost in addition to the delivery fee I can't order them as much as I'd like. I wish they had some monthly ViP program that I could purchase for to get free delivery delivery, like the Door...
