I was really looking forward to trying their pizza. Not impressed. The young lady behind the counter who took our order was wearing a mask and talking very low. We could hardly understand a word she said. I hated to keep asking her to repeat herself. A young man made my husband’s pizza and put a lot of cheese on it. A young lady made my pizza and had very little cheese on it. I think she said something about the toppings were going to be less if we wanted to make our own pizza. I’m not sure if that’s the norm, but I was surprised but I did not have more toppings on my pizza. Fire Pizza responded that they put less toppings on the pizza so that the crust will cook. That is not the case with MOD Pizza. MOD’s give you all the toppings you want. No problems with the crust cooking either. In comparison, I prefer MOD’s. Additionally,I must say that I did not like the pizza crust. Just bland! Sadly, I was very...
Read moreI gave this two stars because the pizza is good, but My last experience with staff was terrible!! When I arrived at the drive-up they told me my pizzas would be another 15 or 20 minutes, which I found a little strange considering I was already five minutes late picking them up?? Minutes later we went back to the window and the young lady at the window handed me three pizzas when I had ordered four. The two star review is because the young lady at the window kept arguing with me that her receipt showed I only had three pizzas?? I showed her my receipt on my phone which showed I ordered four pizzas and she still continued to argue with me. Finally she asked my name and realized the pizzas in her hand were for another party. She went back and got my four pizzas which had obviously been sitting there 20 minutes because the food was cold when we got home. Probably...
Read moreIf you are not familiar, this is a build and bake style pizza shop. In other words, it's Chipotle/Subway style, where you build the pizza as you go down the line and then they toss it in the oven when you get to the end. I've tried another similar pizza chain, MOD pizza, and I have to say I think Firo was better, mostly because their crust was a good happy medium not too chewy, not too crunchy. Not only is the pizza pretty damn good, they also offer some tasty looking Gelato.
I recommend the Honey Habanero pizza as is, and I added banana peppers.
Bonus! They offer military doscount.
Edit: they will ask you if the pizza looks how you want it before they toss it...
