Jason's Deli — Restaurant in Wichita Falls

I placed the order at one o’clock pm, and was told that it would take about 35 minutes. With that said, me and my father waited inside to cool ourselves off from the heat. We waited for more than an hour for four sandwiches, and 3 bags of chips. I understood they were a bit busy, but what I couldn’t understand the lack of help for to-go when dine in had little to no customers. To-go was being ran by two people, one who I assume was a new employee due to his lack of urgency and cluelessness to the surroundings around him. The other was more keen on helping in house with their little needs than the to-go.

After an hour, I asked the second to-go what the progress was on our order. The employee just looked at me and said “I don’t even know if we have that order.” After, he just walked away with not another word. When I tried to ask again, he just shrugged and went back to helping dine in. When given my order (after all that time), I was given no apology or compensation for my time, except for poorly packaged food. I love the food here, but the service today was...

This is the second time I dined in and the soup was lukewarm. It was also very lumpy. I know chowder is supposed to be thick, but it is definitely NOT supposed to be lumpy--and no--the lumps were NOT meat OR vegetables: it was lumps of corn starch. I got the quarter muffaletta, and there was less than HALF the amount of meat they used to put on it, and it was just downright cold. As for service, the people I was dining with were nearly done with their food before mine ever showed up. And by the way, her soup was lukewarm as well, and his sandwich also had less than half the amount of meat they used to use. Concerning tiffs treats at your location in Wichita falls tx. Never had any issues with yall you all have always had the best customer service. However you all opened a tester location in Wichita falls inside jasons deli and we received the worst customer service and wanted to let you all know there giving you all a bad name. Even love jasons deli but after encountering your manager, I am very disappointed in your workers and in your mgr. Brought my concerns to mgr Mario Gay and he seems to not care at all about the cookies in his store. Gave a very poor excuse for an apology.
