Very rude employees and disrespectful. calling me rude while im just adding the stuff they forgot to add when I ordered and they point their fingers at me from the inside behind the window while I’m looking at them other than I didn’t get my drink that I paid for. I didn’t wanna go back and get it because as much as they are not respectful they would spit in my drink. The only polite one is the guy who works there. My order is wrong I ordered the double roast beef sandwich meal and I add a double roast beef sandwich of course that’s not what I got. So they took my money for wrong order that’s way cheaper than what I ordered so I paid more money and they give less value meals. The girl inside who’s taking orders needs to be fired. PLEASE stop leaving this location in complete charge of teenagers after 5pm. they clearly need some kind of actual leadership. I have been here and ordered door dash from this location multiple times, including tonight. This is the closest to my house, and it doesn't matter if i go through the drive through or door dash. this location doesn't even give you the bare minimum such as napkins and Arby's sauce. Wow! Came in around 8:30. Not a single person in the lobby besides two guys waiting at the counter for food. Who ever they were, apparently knew the girl behind the counter. They were getting extra free fries, and kept calling her baby girl. I placed my order, 10 minutes later they tell me it'll be 8-9 minute wait for chicken. Some guy taking drive thru orders was screaming and hollering at everyone behind the counter. One girl acted like she'd die if she had to make fries.
