This particular DQ is horrible. They ALWAYS get my order wrong. When you do the drive thru ordering they can never hear you and you have to repeat your order more than once and after you repeat it they don’t repeat your order back to you to ensure that it’s correct, so when I ask them to repeat my order I get an attitude from whatever worker is working the drive thru. One day I asked to repeat my order back to me because I wanted to make sure they got it right because I get tired of getting home and finding out that my order is wrong, and the the girl repeated it back and it was all wrong and when I tried to correct her she said “yea that’s what I said” with an attitude. They also don’t give you your total at the drive thru until you get to the window. I never get a receipt because they don’t hand you a receipt when you get your order. Unfortunately, this DQ is the closest one to my house and my kids love DQ, but it’s my fault I keep going to this one and they keep messing...
Read moreMy sister was having problems with the mobile order since that’s not the store problem I wanted to make sure the order didn’t go through before ordering again cause it had already gone through her account. The girl at the register was very sweet and patient. The manager was my issue. He was rude and sucked at listening. He made my sister order again on the app and it still didn’t go through. I was then trying to explain what was going on and that I was even fine paying at the register but he kept cutting me off, talking over me, and being rude. After like 20 minutes he finally just said he fill the order. He looked off my sisters app to see what she ordered. He gave us the food and I told her to check and things were still missing. Read moreThis place gets worse everytime. You give them your order and end up with something completely different. Got a large ice tea for my husband. Got home with it, he took one drink and spit it out. The tea literally smelled rancid. Food poisoning anyone? Think I'm done giving chances and just won't be back. It's not worth the frustration and rancid goods. Update: Decided to give them another chance. I shouldn't have. Ordered 2 large blizzards and a medium blizzard. They hand a tray from the window with 1 large, 1 medium and one small. I did let them know nicely it wasn't correct. Goy some attitude from the girl at the window. They take it back and a minute later hand it back corrected. I leave. Two of the blizzards were soup. The only one that wasn't was the one they had to correct.
