I ordered food last night with contactless delivery at 7:01 pm. I never received it. I called in and asked about my order. I spoke to three women. The first one was very helpful and found information about my order. The second told me that the delivery man never went to my apartment, and the third told me to wait while she found out what was going on. I then got hung up on. This was a 28 minute call. It felt like no one was told how to handle this situation. I called back and immediately asked for a manager. I don't actually know if this person was a manager. I never asked to be sure, I just assumed. The "manager" then told me the delivery man did go to my apartment and handed the food to a man. I told her my boyfriend wouldn't have answered the door because he was playing his game. She then said the delivery man described the man as playing a game. I told her there would be no way to tell that my boyfriend was playing video games because he plays them in a different room in the apartment, and he wouldn't bring his head set or controller to the door... I then told her that I assume they're busy, and that I just want a refund. She told me she had to speak to another manager because she is unable to refund the amount. When she gets back on the phone she tells me the GM must do this. I then ask for her name and the GM's name. I won't give the "manager's" name since I don't want to giver her name if she isn't a manager, but I called Casey, the GM, this morning. She was unable to find my order, so she had to wait for the District Manager to pull the report. This was at 10:43 this morning. I called again at 12:58 to check to see how my refund was processing, and Casey told me the DM hadn't come in yet. I called around early 4, and Casey informed me that she and the DM had spoken with the delivery man who said he delivered the food, walked away from the door, and watched as a man grabbed the food, so I am unable to receive a refund. This is the third variation of how this delivery was described to me. I said thank you and good bye. I never heard from the DM, and I don't know the DM's name.I will call my bank Monday to create a claim. This was handled terribly. I should not have to defend myself against someone who is using what I said previously to lie to me like the said "manager" did. This is what truly upset me.    Read moreI thought it would be cute to order a Big Dinner Box on Valentines day, a few days ago. I ordered online, and did carryout at this Pizza Hut. After paying almost $30 for the order, I picked up the meal at around 8pm on Valentines Day. After I brought home the food, the only thing me and my significant other ate was the Chicken Alfredo that came with our Big Dinner Box. This is because we planned to save the rest for the following day. The following morning, we both had awful stomach aches. My significant other woke up at 3am to puke, and I had various other stomach bug related maladies the morning of 2/15 as well. Our stomach aches were so bad that we both had to call in from work and spend the entire day at home, aching in bed - with the occasional trip to the bathroom to temporarily "relieve" our day-long stomach aches. I normally love Pizza Hut, and this was my first time ever visiting this one so I wanted to give it a try! However, the food from this trip was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I have never caught a stomach bug as bad as that, and my significant other hadn't either, and most importantly, never from a restaurant's food. I don't know what's going on at this Pizza hut, or if I just got a really bad batch of Chicken Alfredo, but we had to throw out all of the food the morning after, essentially completely wasting our $30 purchase price from the night before.    Read moreso i ordered a personal pizza and wings. from pizza hut and I also ordered a 2 liter, and a 20oz drink. The app said it should be delivered by 10:27. I placed the order at like 10. well at like 10:20 it said a dasher was delivering my order at 11:04 or something. So he shows up just before 11 and doesn't have my drinks. Well i tried calling the restaurant but they closed at 11. i paid in cash so the driver couldn't refund it on his own and I tried calling door dash support and they said they are experiencing issues with their system so they can't do any refunds until like 2am.
