Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Wichita

One year later and my opinion has only been reinforced. I ordered a pizza in the app and waited for the code to retrieve from the "pizza portal." The notice comes with the code to punch in when I arrive. I walk in, punch in my code, the door opens and... NOTHING. It's empty. There are 6 people standing there waiting for pizza and the counter is empty, no employees to be seen. Finally someone comes from the back and serves the car that pulled up while I was standing there. Finally they ask to help me and then can't find my order. The guy gives me a pizza that has been sitting there for who knows how long. No crazy bread, no Italian cheese bread, no extra sauce. I asked for the rest of my order and he literally threw the boxes and sauces on the counter and walked away without a single word. No thank you, no sorry for the wait, no sorry for messing it up. I got home with old pizza that tasted like it had been sitting on the counter for hours.

It used to be that you could justify the incredibly incompetent/crappy service because it was cheap and easy pizza - "hot and ready." It is not ANY of those things. Go get better pizza - for the same or better price - from Pizza Hut, Papa John's, or Dominoes. For real. Save yourself.

Incompetence at its finest. This Little Caesars is so bad - I've waited over an HOUR for a simple pepperoni pizza. And today, the app and website just aren't taking orders. What a...

Since no one would answer the phone and the voicemail box is full… What is this, somebody cell phone?… I decided to just run over since it was so close.

The young man of the counter took my order and said it would be ready in six minutes, (the NEW Hot N Ready). 25 minutes later I asked where my pizzas were. He said right here in the case (warmer box). I said, “They’ve been sitting here the whole time and you haven’t even said anything. He said nobody told me they put them in there. NOT HAPPY.

Always check your pizza before you leave.

Looking at my pizzas I discovered they were thick crust pepperoni and….NOT MY PIZZAS.

So now I’ve waited 25 minutes to find out these were my pizzas only to be told they would be right out.

Eventually some woman in a dirty faded light blue died ponytail brought them out. I can only assume she was a manager. She was also the one earlier who seemed more interested in what was going on on her phone than she was running the store.

The one time I didn’t read the reviews first. Shame on me. The fact it seems Little Caesars is doing nothing to change their rating, Shame on you.

Little Caesars “Hot N Ready” is...

Just arrived at little Caesars and I see a truck parked outside and all the workers are near it just smoking at the entrance to get in so I went to the drive thru instead. A see a guy running from the truck to inside the building to the window to come talk to me right after he quickly tossed his cigarette. He starts talking to me through the window and his breath just smelled like straight up smoke and He asked me what I would like so I said a pepperoni pizza... Then he looks around and didn't say anything so I asked him what do they have and he said give him a second because he was going to go look. He comes back about 30 sec later saying they're actually out of everything but he can throw something in and it would take 12 minutes. I told him no thanks... It is 4pm they should have pizza ready Hot N Ready but obviously to them smoking is more important than getting work done. I won't be coming again until they get...
