If I could give this place a zero I would. I work near the hospital and go weekly but after my last experience I wonāt be back. I picked up an online order and asked if I could order additional on a separate ticket to pick up for my doctors office. I was told there could not be additional orders added and when I responded that I had done this exact order three times last week I was told āwell they really shouldnāt have done that because it holds up the lineā There was one car behind me. All I wanted to add was a coffee. I drove up to the window to speak to whoever had the attitude and asked if I could finish my order. I could then hear them all talking through the window about my addition of the coffee which seemed like a āhassleā for them to do. The lady taking orders was rude and not friendly at all. I would say their time management is poor and attitude to be at work is poor. I did tell the window lady to let whoever was taking orders to know she is rude and should readjust her attitude. For some people this is their first interaction of the day and personally I donāt want it to be with someone who clearly doesnāt...

As I had no time to wait after the long wait in line to get to the window I had to get to work after pulling away from the location I looked in my bag and it was incorrect there were two hot dog food I returned to the walk-up window with all the belongings and asked for my money back as now I am late for work they refused to return my money and I had no time to remake the order tried calling to speak to them on the phone and they did not answer called other locations to get to a corporate number and no one would give a number. I would not go back to this location I will stick to my normal location as they make things right. On top of this location they don't even fill your drinks...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThese people are always rude and always mess stuff up. But this morning there was no long line just maybe 2 cars and we had ordered 3 food items and a drink. They pulled us up to get us off their drive time (which is pretty common) and then they took over 20 minutes having us wait outside after forgetting our food and tending to the next customers. And so we never got our food that we paid for. We had to leave to work but figured we would have time to run through a Dunkin go with no line and get our breakfast but ended up out money and hungry. The management needs a change, and the crew needs to learn some speed and accuracy. They wonāt pick up the phone either Iāve called 4 times at different times and no answer. If the people there ever want more for their lives than fast food, they should probably start caring about...
