Starbucks — Restaurant in Wichita

It was pretty standard that all Starbucks had great customer service. Here recently I have noticed that a couple locations have become a bit careless and also passive aggressive. Pawnee and Seneca location, afternoon crew, seem to be on the lesser side of great customer service. My drink was wrong, I respectfully said that my drink was wrong. Cienna, the drive through employee, said, I'm sorry. Have a nice day. Then shut the drive thru window... Size note, I topped $5 before I even got my drinks. I proceeded to go back through the drive thru, ordered the same drink, and got to the Window to pay. As I handed the money over I said, I think it's kind of ridiculous that I'm paying for my drink again but this time it's right. Cienna yet again said, I'm sorry and shut the door. I feel like I was in the twilight zone. Good thing the morning crew is less passive aggressive....

I'm not new to Starbucks. Enjoyed their coffee & staff for yrs. But, their cafe on Central, West of Hillside, missed the boat. The interior design is cold & uninviting, very dark & noisy. We were 2 of only 3 customers who sat vs. ordered to-go. The only 4 comfy chairs sit horizontally along the entry glass forming a waiting area for to-go orders, not for dine-in. Why? Finally, we got to sit there after ppl got their drinks & left. All other seating = hard, wooden chairs/tables; super uncomfortable. High, industrial ceiling increases loud noise combined w/loud music. Moved my chair 90°; was still hard to hear my friend facing ea. other. Additionally, I know cappuccino has a foamy top. Mine was at least 1/3 foam + barely 2/3 coffee for $7.00. Didn't feel it was a good value. Choosing somewhere...

While placing my order, I expressed to a lady with black hair pulled up in a bun. There is NO handsoap in first bathroom. She expressed to me, " We had an customer tell me about an hour ago there was no handsoap, but there's is handsoap in the other bathroom." She then contuine with, " We've been really busy but, we'll get to cleaning the bathroom soon."

I watched the same lady who explained, why the bathroom are not clean. I watched her walk outside get into her car and start smoking a cigarette. If she is in Management position she just shown her work ethic. Which is very poor. She could have pulled someone off the line or she could have filled the soap dispensers prior to smoking her cigarette in her maroon car.
