7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Wichita

Incident occurred on 02/13/2025 I hate giving reviews like this. I typically only do so when management is unresponsive. My last two back to back visits to this location in particular have been negative. It seems as though the staff is not listening or paying close enough attention to what the order is. It's not a complicated order. I tried calling the location to let them know what the issue was and I ended up reaching a regional office where I left a message but have not yet received a return call. (It's been several days) It doesn't seem like there is a way to reach individual locations. I've been a customer of 7brew since they opened up their first location in Wichita. It just seems lately that the attention to the order has been lacking. I hope that they are able to turn this around. It seems to only be an reoccurring issue for me, at this particular location. I hope management sees this review and looks into the situation to make needed adjustments. Note: I would not have left this review if I would have received a return call from management. For me that is simply unacceptable! For now I will drive to a further location if I really want a coffee...

Tonight I visited your location on E Central. I typically go to this location almost everyday. I am a firefighter so I love when I get the chance to get my coffee and see my wonderful 7brew staff. It’s not often we get to stop in a drive through like other first responders to get our discount. I also work at Wesley as my second job as an EMT (aka first responder). Well tonight I ran into someone I’ve never met working the line. Maddison was her name and she wasn’t very nice. Because I was in my Wesley uniform and not my firefighter uniform she refused to give me my first responder discount. I feel very disrespected not only by her but by the rule only first responders get a discount. What about our nursing staff. Nurses risk their lives also for this world. So for you guys to only offer first responders a discount is a slap in the face to those who truly care for you while you are sick. I will not be going back to 7brew. I am going to pass this on through out hospital staff and our first responder team so others can know how unfair they treat those who appreciate...

I'm calling it now!!! This coffee shop beats Starbucks in every category. Cups are same size or bigger, a large latte comes with 4 shots of espresso where Starbucks venti latte only comes with 3, the quality of coffee flavor mixed with the undeniably amazing flavor leaves the aroma in your nostrils long after finishing the drink. The staff are friendly, cheerful, energetic, polite, and very knowledgeable about their products and origins of the company. Speedy service and professional. If there is a long line, pull in anyway because 10 minutes and your on the way. Thank you 7 brew for coming to wichita.
