Never going to this Knolla's again! Called and Ordered 4 pizzas at 6:09pm on a Monday night. They said it would take 45 mins to an hour and around 7:30 we called to check on what was taking so long. The lady on the phone asked for our address we gave it and she said it was on the way. Well we waited another 20 minutes and called again and the manager answered and said that they didn't have the apartment number when we know for sure not only did we give it the first time but also the second time when we called to check. They didn't offer to discount it or anything told us we could wait another 45mins for them to make more. Not only that but they wouldnt "large for medium charge" all four pizzas. Called the Knolla's on 13th, they "large for medium charge"d all four pizzas and it was no problem and said that they had heard multiple complaints about this knolla's. Save your self some time and horrible service and go to the knolla's on 13th or east central both are a million...
Read moreFood was good but service was terrible. We ordered online and I arrived to pick it up at the time suggested. First they couldn't find the order anywhere. Then a couple of other workers checked and one found that the order was in the system but they couldn't locate the ticket. I said that would be fine. So I sat down at a table right in front of the cash register and waited for another 30 minutes. They never did let me know the order was ready. When I went back up to the register they finally found it. They did apologize for the wait but not for losing the order and no discount was offered. Probably need to find a new place to...
Read moreKnolla's is a great local pizza place in Wichita.
They have some great options for specialty pizzas (I like the ICT and the Buffalo Chicken). They have a variety of size options and even sell by slice (depending on type of pizza) and have plenty of other menu options. I also reccomend the cheesy bread and dessert pizza, but they have sandwiches, salads, and more too.
Prices are a little higher than the chains but it supports their family owned business and helps you get fresh, quality pizza. And they are usually generous with toppings, so you'll get your money's worth.
I was excited to see that they opened a downtown location, but I live out West now so W Central is usually my go-to location for carry out. Not a fan of that parking lot though -- but that's a story for another day and isn't their...
