Around 8:20pm Saturday September 31 I went through the driver through. My order was not repeated while I finished ordering 2. I can hear giggle and chatting on the mic My whole order didn’t pop up on the screen 4. As I pull up to pay my order wasn’t repeated. As I pull up to pick up my order my order was not completed. I was told I would need to go all the way around to the very back of the line mind you there was a very long line. I refused to go all the way back to the line because the workers can never get the orders right. As I sat and refused and sat to wait and see if they could do good customer services and get my other 2 items, nope instead they all want to come and see through the window and be nosy and see who I was and I can see them laughing and talking to one another. About 10 minutes or 15 2 cops pull up behind me. As the police officer was talking to me no one was around he kept flashing the light and knocking on the driver through window. The police officer asked the employee if he could just make me the orders as I explain to him it’s not my fault the younger workers want to play around and not get my order right. The police officer asked them for me to order inside. As I asked for this “new policy” that you need to go all the way around to reorder I wanted it in printing the younger people looked confused as if this policy was never shown to them but more of it was told to them. I asked for the GM I was told she would be in today. I went today and I was told she isn’t there until tomorrow. This was very very poor customer services. A waste of resources for the police officer and even the police officers had the face expression as in really we got called out for this. The police officers were amazing and I was calm and collected. All this could have been resolved if they for 1. Got the order right 2. Did could customer services and just did my order real fast instead of calling the cops and making the long lines wait. There could have been a really bad situation and resources where wasted all because McDonald’s can’t get it together. I am still waiting for this new policy to be shown to me. I will be calling corporate tomorrow as they are closed today. If this is a new policy they need to have these posted in the lobby and in the drive thruIf this is a new policy this needs to be said before the order is completed and order to be said back to the customer when you first order and as you are paying. MCDONALDS was doing to much by calling the cops just for McDonald’s to finishing completing my order. When they should have done that from the beginning if I could give it a zero star I would!! Read moreTheir service is horrible. The white lady that is always taking the money is always rude. Their management is also rude, they take zero accountability for their poor customer service. I tried to redeem some of my McDonald’s points today, somehow between me redeeming my points and them taking the code, the store said that the rewards has already been redeemed but I never used my points before and my points went down from 7500 to 3000 after giving them my code. Instead of being understanding and making it right, they instead start arguing with me “they have no control over the app” which i completely understood. If they would’ve just compromised from the very beginning and offered the hotcakes for the technical error then my transaction experience would’ve went a lot smoother. In this case that’s not what happened, a guy manager came to try to help but he didn’t know what to do, he wasn’t rude, it was the store manager who came by started waving her hands in my face and rudely “we will cover it but we have nothing to do with the app, have a great day” it’s not what she said but it was how she said it and made it seem like i was the problem for simply wanting to make sure that all the money I’ve put into my app is being used properly. This isn’t my first interaction with someone being rude. Going back to the white lady who takes the money in the morning specifically, i was having a hard time pulling up my Apple Pay and she was huffing and puffing about me taking a moment to pull up my Apple Pay. I then reported it to another shift manager and he was like “well yeah we’ve been rushing her to get you all out of here” so i told the manager “well it’s not my fault that she’s being told to hurry, she doesn’t have to have an attitude with me” & then he said “well we’ve been rushing her” no apology, no empathy. This store is horrible, mind you I have no problem with my Hispanic community but this store has nothing but Hispanic people working. I’m concerned that it’s now a conflict of interest, they all either know each other through family or friends which then nobody can hold each other accountable for their lack of customer service. Read moreZero stars for this location!!! Do not go there!! I placed a mobile order well before 4am. I arrived ten minutes before 4am. I checked in at the speaker before 4am and was told to go to the second window. They were busy and I understand that. It took forever for one car to move. I finally reached the second window around 4:20 and was told that the order was cancelled and they couldn't do anything. How does an order get cancelled between the speaker and window? If my order was cancelled then why wasn't I told that at the speaker before wasting gas waiting to get to the window??? Nothing was offered in place of my order, the money was taken from my account, I left with nothing. I get home and call to complain and all I heard were excuses about people calling in and complaining about door dash doing some promotion deal. I told him I understand there were issues but still need to take care of the customers, especially if they take their money. He told me that my problem wasn't his problem and hung up on me. I called back and asked for his Manager's name and he hung up on me again. After reading reviews I see that I wasn't the only one that had a bad experience there so obviously they have problems but don't do anything about them. I understand that they were busy and short staffed, I get it, but that is no excuse!! The customers are the reason they have a job and get paid to be there so they should take care of their customers regardless of issues because if you don't there will be no customers and if there are no customers then there is no money to pay them and they won't have a job. I had to give a star in order to post this, that's the only reason I left a star. There are plenty of other Mc D's in Wichita to go to but probably will avoid them all from now on. Spangles, Wendy's and burger king take care of their customers regardless of issues so my business...
