Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Wichita

I'll just describe my day yesterday. I open my email and see pizza hut email about 4.99 pizza buffett at pizza hut on west street.

I go to pizza hut on west street and buy the buffet at their advertised price of 5.99... ok a buck no biggie, whatever.

I go to buffett and see a few whole pizza's out there.. well they put a few together to create one.. I don't eat veggies and there are 4 old hard thin slices of pepperoni and sausage.. i eat one... not soooo good at all, i ask them if they are going to get more out and they said yes, i said meat please... no veggies.

I decided to get a few breadsticks while waiting on the pizza... i eat through a few and then go back and get a few more.. but the ones left are pretty hard.. was unable to eat these.

They finally bring 2 pizzas out... both with veggies or mushrooms on them.. so i try the pasta... its really not that great, wasn't even that hot so i didn't eat it and go back and still no meat pizza..

I see 3 cinnasticks for desert.. i grab them all... go back and eat them but they are hard, not even worth eating.

Wait another 5 minutes fixing to leave and a meat lovers pizza comes out. I go get 3 slices, eat it and then go back and its gone and they bring out another pizza... it has veggies on it.

So yea i did not like this at all, they usually do good when we do carryout or delivery, they were totally lost yesterday and i wasted almost 7 bucks on 3 pizza of pizza and some crusty hard rest of this.

Oh and if you want something on the backside of the buffett you need to bend way down, stick your arm over pizzas to the back row and then try and get you a piece on the plate.

I would give zeros across the board if I could no stars at all! I had the worst experience of any fast food restaurant ever in my life on Sat. 5/10/25. I have never been treated so rude and pointed at and laughed at by the two guys wearing black button up shirts, which I would assume would be managers and they had a young girl come to the window and lie straight to our face worst experience ever I am completely Done with this location, but I am not done dealing with how I was treated. The food has sucked the last several times we were there, but I have never been treated so bad by anyone at any restaurant ever.! I thought I would sleep on it and feel better today but I woke up just as mad! To top it all off, we were there to use vouchers. They gave us for our undercooked food. They made us last time. The professionalism and customer service at this location is the worst I’ve ever seen anywhere! Anywhere, not just a Pizza Hut anywhere! And last time the guy told us he was the new general manager, and they weren’t allowed to give refunds because the previous manager was embezzling. The people that owned this franchise must be proud! How embarrassing! This location should be closed down! They stood and pointed and laughed at us and said they would call the cops and trespass us! Needless to say we did not get any food or any service! Probably avoided food poisoning anyway! Since they don’t know what they’re doing at...

1st day ordered a Meat Lovers Xtra Cheese and 3 Marinara sauces. Pizza was good just not sure I got xtra cheese. The driver went to a wrong address. Since I told them I was staying at the Quality Suites and read the address off of my key card holder not sure. Called me using a restricted number so I couldn't call back. Called the Store. Soon after the delivery driver shows up. I made the mistake of assuming the receipt was on the box. No receipt. I called and asked to have a photo copy sent to me via messenger. Tom assured me he would take care of it. No Receipt. The next day I called for a Receipt. I was told I had to come and pick it up. I wasnt happy about that. Send me a photo copy so I can turn it in with my expenses or drop it off. It is their responsibility not mine to give the customer a Receipt. I ordered another pizza. What heck. Pizza Lovers Xtra cheese, 3 Marinara sauces and please bring both receipts. No Marinara sauces. However, I had a ton of xtra marinara sauce on my pizza. I don't ask for xtra sauce on the pizza because it makes the dough soggy. Anyway other than the dough being soggy the pizza was good. Just a hint. Usually when someone orders thin crust they like the crispness of the dough after baked. Not mad. Just easy...
