Smokehouse ICT — Restaurant in Wichita

Theres a lot of hyoe surrounding this place. Let me tell you its well earned. The food is very good, everyone there is super approachable and fun to talk to. I got brisket, pulled porked and smoked sauasage with potato salad and mac n cheese as sides. Plenty of food, sides were very good. I must add potato salad is made there not that store bought trash people try to pass off as potato salad. There would be photos if I hadnt eaten like a wild animal that's never had smoked...

I grabbed lunch from Smokehouse ICT for our office today. As advertised, the brisket and pulled pork were tender and delicious and the sausages we just the right amount of heat. One of the surprise favorites though were the baked beans (which I personally am normally not a big fan of). Just moved to Wichita from Kansas City and trying to find some good BBQ has been a challenge. I'm happy to find this place - this Texas style BBQ is definitely on par with the best of KC!
