Subway — Restaurant in Wichita

Never given a negative review in my life. Mistakes happen, people have bad days, etc. I usually just chalk up a bad experience to these things. Today I had my usual chicken on flatbread. However, after sitting down and taking a bite, it was evident the flatbread was bad. Hard as a rock. The entire thing. You could literally bang it on the table and get everyone's attention if you had to. I took it up and said "I'm sorry, something is wrong with this bread". The lady started at me before saying "Nope. It's fine. Its supposed to be like that, it was toasted" I explained that I've had probably 100 of these exact sandwiches and never had a problem. She felt it and said flatly, "That's just the way it is. " The woman was clearly having a bad day but how do you not at least entertain the idea that the customer might be right? Especially when the customer clearly is. How do you not show even a little courtesy when that's your job? There are lots of places to eat in this town, you might want employees that don't drive off customers. Won't patronize this...

We lived in riverside, so we went to this subway often, they rarely ever had the menu items we wanted. Steak after 7, good luck, herb n cheese bread, sometimes they had it. So we stopped going to this Subway. Today I ordered door dash and they used this subway, our order was AWFUL! I wish I could upload pics! My daughter's meatballs were in the bag not on the sandwich at all, there were smear marks down the bag where her burnt bread was slid into the bag, it was grilled instead of toasted (I think) it had grill marks on it. My tuna was so salty it was uneadable!...

STAY AWAY!!! If I could give negative stars I would. They don't even deserve a 0. I went to pick up online order and was informed there was no bread at all, couldn't make more either. Then I said I wanted a manager and a refund, couldn't do that cause there wasn't a manager there at all so I said it was ridiculous and they needed a manager there all shifts for these reasons. I was then yelled at and the woman (white, dark hair, roundish head, about 5ft 5in.) Told me to go KILL MYSELF. Corporate has been contacted along with attorneys for this...
