Amazing food. You can tell they really care about thier craft and establishment. If course you can take it to go but if you eat in your food comes on real "non disposible" plates. We got General Tso chicken and noodles, chicken pad Thai, and chicken teriyaki with noodles. The food was made to order and came out hot. I live the thinner noodle that was used than most places. Each ingredient tasted fresh a d higher quality than usual. The veggies were cooked perfectly and just the right amount added. The General Tso chicken was crispy and not greasy. The pad Thai had just the right amount of spice and had tender chicken thigh meat in it. We got free egg rolls just for being new customers. For sure coming back soon! Don't let the location fool you! The only thing to make it better would be if they had a high chair for my 1 yr old. I will get better pictures of the...
Read moreConsidering all the great reviews, I was more than excited about trying their food. I've got to say I wasn't all that impressed with the teriyaki rice bowl, nor the fried rice. The white rice in the teriyaki bowl was mushy, (I can't help but wonder how much better it would be with a side of Jasmine rice) and the fried rice was just ok. The teriyaki chicken was surprisingly very good. However, the rice noodle vermicelli with grilled pork was absolutely phenomenal, and this was after being reheated the next day! I've had this dish plenty of times at many other Vietnamese restaurants, but none were quite as good as this! The next time I make it down to Tutas, I will definitely be trying their other two menu additions. So my recommendation would be to try ordering from the new menu items, you can't go wrong. Prices were very affordable, service was quick and...
Read moreMe and a friend decided to spend the afternoon thrifting. While on our journey, she suggested that Tuta's Teriyaki would be a great place to stop for lunch. I was honestly in the mood for something from Mr. Goodcents, which was right next door, but I didn't bother speaking up. Which turned out to be a good thing. For $8.49 which is what my Chicken and Garlic Fried Rice cost, was a steal. To say this meal was good would be a disservice. It was highly impressive to say the least. The teriyaki sauce was sweet and the right consistency. There wasn't much to the garlic fried rice, but I still thoroughly enjoyed it. The chicken had a nice char and you could taste that in every bite. I live out on the Eastside, and I'm kinda upset my Westside friends have never mentioned anything about...
