We go to Wendy's a lot!!!! But yesterday was the worst experience ever!!! It wasn't the food, it was the rude and nasty drive thru lady. Usually she is very nice. I was second in line to order. While I was sitting there a car backed into my car rear. I have the opinion it was a Wendy's employee, as they were parked behind the store by the freezer. This person knew they hit my car, didn't have the common courtesy to stop. They refused to stop, even though I got our of the car and was yelling stop, come back. I called the store while I was in the Drive-Thru it was explaining the situation. I said it what I believed it was an employee come and then they have cameras the drive-through lady was very quick to tell me that she didn't have access to that, which is plausible and fine. But by the time I got to the drive-through window to get my food this woman was so rude and nasty. I asked for the managers information she says oh I can't get that out. I'm like well yes you can. Seriously refused I explained to her I wasn't asking for personal information or the guy's cell phone number I just wanted his name. And I told her well I'll just look up the district manager well they're not here is what she told me. I realize that. But I'll still be contacting them. And she got belligerent. I was just asking questions and this woman was so rude and so nasty for no reason like it was personal. Then she went on to tell me all manner of tales. Saying we're all managers here which is ridiculous. I mean she was taking it very personal for some reason. By the time I got home I was so hot from this encounter that I wanted to call customer service. Which was a very long tedious process a dead end. Read moreThis was sad, it was my first time eating at a Wendy's restaurant in almost 5 years. I didn't want a big lunch so all I ordered was a junior bacon cheeseburger. I asked no lettuce but the rest was fine.
What bothered me the most is the I guess manager greeted me and was taking my order. Even before I got to place my order she left me and a minute or so later some other lady came up and took my order. No problem I can understand sometimes managers get called away to take care of other things so you have to delegate.
The second lady was polite took my order and after I was done she turned to some Hispanic guy asking him if he could make my burger for me. He walked away as if he didn't hear her. The lady that actually rang me up went into the kitchen line and proceeded to make my burger on her own. I thought was cool, but she never washed her hands. I received my burger within a minute or so, which I thought was pretty fast, until I opened my burger up walking to check on my cattle trailer.
My burger was cold, my cheese looked like it just came out of the fridge, none was melted, the tomato if you want to call it that was literally a sliver and it tasted more like mayonnaise than anything.
I know I didn't order a gourmet meal or anything like that, my total was only like $3.40.
I went to a place to have a hot meal before I had to move my cows again and I got crappy service and cold food.
I will not be back to this location and possibly any others again.

Read more11:15 pm... Ordered spicy chicken conf combo. Only 2 cars in front of me so the wait wasn't that bad but still had to wait longer then normal. When I got to window the lady took my cc but was having a hard time so I'm guessing she was new. When she was hanging my cc back I asked how FRESH were the fries🍟 and she asked the others and the manage Carrie answered saying they were fresh so I believed her.. I then started driving off and before I left the parking lot I checked my "FRESH" fries🍟 and they were COLD & LIMP so I turned around upset. After waiting for 1 car in front of my i get up to the window handing my bag back saying these "FRIES" are not fresh and I'd like a refund. The manager then explains that I had to return tomorrow during the day because she can't give a refund over $5.00 at night time so I said ok I want "FRESH" fries and a "FRESH" spicy chicken sandwich..then while waiting I was asked to pull forward to wait for my order. As i was pulling forward the manage Carrie said to just pull back around behind another car. I finally got my fries and chicken sandwich but was offered NO APOLOGIES or anything extra for the over 20 min wait... I'm calling store tomorrow to talk with...
