Lino's — Restaurant in Wickliffe

Its a nice place to go for sporting events and the atmosphere is great but the staff is rude and condescending. Upon sitting at our table and already ordering drinks, we were approached by the bouncer and a bartender, and asked to present our ID's. The way we were talked to was very condescending and disrespectful. We all felt like we were completely singled out from everyone else and other tables began to look over at ours. After showing the bouncer and bartender our ID's, the bouncer turned and looked at one of our friends stating " you have to leave, your too young hunny ". We all looked at him in oblivion because she is about to turn 23. The bouncer obviously needs to learn his mathematics, as it clearly states her date of birth on her ID and made him look very unprofessional. After we all laughed, he corrected himself and then proceeded to leave the table with the bartender, without apologizing for the mix up. This was definitely not the way we expected...

I would never go there , went there Feb 11,2022 at 645 pm ...employee had a horrible attitude , when I ask do we seat our selves her reply this is a mostly a bar and we would have to seat at bar lol , like really other people were at table and tables were open..and you have a menu but we can't order food ???..if you don't like your job , look for another one smh I would never recommend place to anyone... Do better...

We loved the food. The younger bartender yelled at the older one to help people most of our night. I thought it was very rude to yell to her in front of other customers. The older one was talking to us about questions we asked her about the menu & the younger one YELLED to her across the entire bar for the third time. It was embarrassing & rude.
