Taco Bell — Restaurant in Wildwood

Last Friday my coworkers and myself ordered food from this location. Needless to say the appearance of our food was not the best at all. The hard shell was soggy and the soft taco wasn't even wrapped. The order was just thrown together. After we kept complaining about the food i decided to reach out to a manager Wendell Tillman was very helpful, of course he asked for the receipt but it was already thrown away. Today I went back to this location just for a lady that works there I think her name is Keisha James was awfully rude no customer service at all. She refused to help because I had could not present a receipt and i understand that but the customer is always right. Wendell throughout the complete process was so very helpful with the best customer service skills that is needed in any industry i could see and hear his smile even behind his mask he was every friendly to all of his customer as well as comical. I am shocked to see good reviews on here about this Taco Bell. We have tried it over and over again because we love taco bell and it's close to the house. Every single time we have ordered from there something is wrong. We order 6 tacos the exact same way and we have to open every single one before we leave because it never fails one or two of them will be wrong. The first time we ordered we got all the way back home and they were all wrong. Last week i ordered the chicken power bowl no tomatoes. I get it home and all the food is at the side of the bowl with tomatoes and a bunch of rice barely any chicken no beans and no sauce. This location definitely needs training. Was at the new Taco Bell @Trailwinds & was the lunch hour so needless to say they were busy not to mention being in TV. Monday, Feb23rd, Went to drive-thru & the girl working the window, taking orders was awesome! Drive-thru extremely backed up, drive-thru customers were brutal on her that day, taking sweet time ordering like they don't know what they want & ordering 2 to 3 separate orders, changing up orders after completion, they were brutal on her that day and she held it together beautifully & kept the pace going as best as anyone could of and still smiled!
