Service... Service... Service....... Your B. K. 466A Villages Florida was understaffed. Not a real kean move in the villages where people are used to having excellent service. I understand that corporate pulls the plug on overtime on payroll. There's no sense in cutting your cost at the risk of your patrons not being served properly and your employees being more stressed than they are in life. I believe corporate (Not just Burger King) is forgetting the human element with relation to both employees and customers. Remember the service industry when people actually cared about giving to other people? If you want to be "TOP-NOTCH" in your field focus on those aspects and the bottom line will happen automatically! The little girl who was in a managers dress/position at the register was doing a fine job....courteous, very efficient....but she was overloaded. This causes stress on her" which causes unhappiness. I've talked to a lot of people over the years about what they would like from their employer. It wasn't money! It wasn't a great position! It was appreciation!!!! So knock off with worrying about your 1% over on overtime on your payroll and start taking care of your employees and your customers. If that's a little bit too harsh, imagine how harsh it is for your employees & customers. America is losing the service end of business. McDonald's is doing the same thing! There's also a deep lethargy amongst the millennials that is hard to teach and motivate out of them!! Maybe it's not time for employees to adjust to corporate, as much as it is corporates time to adjust to employees (they're humans...NOT MULES!) Read morethe very worse Burger King I’ve ever been too, I went through the drive-through pulled up to the speaker the lady sounded like she was slurring yeah I know it’s a speaker but she couldn’t tell me any of the specials, I proceeded to wait in line for at least 20 minutes I finally made it to the window nothing was ready the girl who was a cashier a heavyset blonde girl seem like she was on meth, she couldn’t pay attention to anything anyone was saying including her supervisors who kept telling her to stand in one place and take care of the customer the other girl that was helping the customers inside was standing by the register playing on our phone even while customers were in line. The manager didn’t seem any better he came in until I started telling everybody about his bad day and how he was short in one register go figure took me 30 minutes to complete a drive-through which is totally ridiculous the people behind me or upset thinking I had a big order and here I had only two burgers. Read moreThis Burger King is a nightmare! Upper management could care less. Another visit 10/17/25: If I could give a zero, I would. No one in the place when we arrived. Placed our orders. Tried to get drinks. Ice empty. Waited 20 minutes, no food. Went up to counter. Food had been sitting out. Kid asked us if we had our order, nooooo! We complained that whole order was wrong and ice cold. Manager said he could make another. Passed on having to waste another 20 minutes or more. The manager blamed it on new workers! I told him, You are the manager! Get your employees to read orders, get off their phones and look clean. Blame stops with you. It wasn't even busy. We won't return. When we were leaving 3 more people had the incorrect orders after us, probably from drive thru. Later this evening both my husband and myself feel like we have food poisoning. Sick, very sick. Get off your butts and run an establishment!
Previous visit: Dirty at 11:10am. Looks like bathrooms, dining area, soft drink area (had mold) had not been scrubbed in a very long time. Disgusting. Food was lukewarm. Won't return as I feel I am playing with my well being. i.e....
