I have been going too Cj's pizza & subs for many years only to one day having a bad experience & this bad experience made them now lose a valuable customer. I have always loved their food especially their Sicilian pizza but it came out tough could not call them the same night I ordered it because they were already closed. So I called the next day with what was leftover & the manager said to bring it in for a refund/credit I payed cash so I wanted cash back for the pizza not credit for another pizza. I have also included what was left of the pilly cheese steak & cheese fries I ordered along with it to make right on my end. I didn't want any of it I didn't even want the whole amount back it came too $33.60 I just wanted what I payed for the pizza that was all. But the manager refused to refund me he was very ignorant & rude towards me especially after he found out I was recording the whole interaction but the funny thing is I was even recording before I made it noticeable when he knew I was looking at him & was ignoring me. The manager & his female employee acted cocky towards me saying "you aren't getting a refund" with a smile on the female employees face or the manager would walk in the back over behind the bar to avoid me/raise his voice at me from behind the chip rack the 2 of them acted like children. In the beginning before I saw his true colors he did say he would credit my account for a new pizza but I didn't anything more to do with them its not even the fact this was a one time thing its the fact they didn't do the right thing & refund me for the pizza not even the full order very immature. I will also be uploading video of my interaction with them on youtube for anyone curious to see how this restaurant handles things with their customers very unfortunatel. Also when I walked out too my car again to add too the manager of this restaurants childish ways he'd creep in the screen window saying "bye have a good day" whatever you do avoid cj's because if your order is wrong or bad in anyway they will not make the right business choice to make things right the key too a good business is to keep the customer happy to keep them coming back because they did not make right I will never be coming back or continue to do any future...
Read moreI was excited to try this place after passing it for many years. They had a decent sized menu with the usual suspects on it. I really wanted to try some basics so I got a cheesesteak extra fried onions extra cheese, and a Italian hoagie with the works. I also noticed they had a pizza case with slices and a pretzel dog looking item. I love pretzel dogs so I got one of those as well. When he told me my total I was a little surprised by the price but I wouldn’t care as long as my food was good. I waited in the car and when enough time passed I went to collect my order. When I was waiting they were finishing up my sandwiches. When it came time to warm up my pretzel dog they threw it in the microwave instead of the pizza oven. This is when I knew this might not go the way I want. He heated it for two minutes in the microwave wrapped it and sent me on my way. When I got home I was met with an average cheesesteak and an even more average hoagie. The pretzel dough dog was as expected chewy and now, way overcooked. Sorry but it’s not worth the...
Read moreUpdate sign on door states masks required. The governor says masks required. It's a pandemic after all... Not one employee wearing a mask. The customer in front of me also was not wearing a mask but was served with no problem. I asked where all the masks were, the cashier said she had a doctor's note... What about the other staff? And I guess the customer wasn't berated since they weren't wearing their masks. No wonder so many people keep dying in this country... Nobody is taking COVID seriously enough! Some of us are high risk...I cannot stay home every day but I need to due to people like this.
Their bar area was often loud and crowded. The smoking door is right next to tables so people are in and out bringing the smoke with them. The food is mostly okay. My favorite is the mini Strombolis. Most of the time, they are super oily but when they aren't, they...
