Kiss Theatre Company — Attraction in Wilkes-Barre Township

Although the theatre itself appeared fine, I have great issue with their refund policies. My daughter had to drop out after two weeks due to personal reasons; however the theatre company kept our full $250 payment. Not even a partial refund or credit for future performances. I understand that is their policy, but a tiered approach (e.g. lose $50 after two weeks, $100 after three, etc.) would be better as people have issues in their life that cannot be helped. If you're going to make last minute decisions to abuse children please let the parents know in advance (before children are on stage) so we can call out with excuses like a minor cold. Your staff (which I must note weren't "protected") are not more important than the children.
