Happy Garden — Restaurant in Wilkes-Barre

Mannnn do I MISS Garden Chen(Freeland)! Mountain Top's China 2 is very comparable, I may even venture to say I like their fried rice more!( Having bean sprouts in it) however, they did not pick up tonight, and Garden Chen has been closed. We decided to go to Wilkes Barre. "Happy Garden." I am a very picky eater and get the same thing all the time: sweet and sour chicken/pork with no sauce, pork fried rice, and pork egg roll Fried dumplings and fried wontons sometimes. Happy Garden had an egg roll that was very dark brown, burnt. Their "fried rice" was that yellow dyed rice you find at buffets. Harriet said I've been eating at this Chinese food place for probably 15 years I ordered food we didn't put in a big order like normal but it was still like $70 you know I asked for extra duck sauce I ordered 12 egg rolls so you would think I would get one duck sauce at least for each egg roll but I didn't I got 14 and was charged for for duck soft I cannot believe they charge me I didn't even get enough originally for the ones that I ordered so I should have paid with tax and delivery fee which is $7 mind you not including a table I paid $94 instead of like $76 it would have been all for duck sauce I wish I should have least gotten 12 since I ordered...

The staff was very friendly, it didn't take long for us to get food... I was initially worried because I didn't see any vegan options on the main board... Just chicken, fish and seafood but the service staff offered us menus and I could see that there were a lot of vegan options and not just super spicy ones either. Our food was delivered quickly and properly. When I asked for extra napkins, we got extra napkins. We were about to return our menus but the worker said we could keep them and take them home. As for the place itself, there's no garbage can and while we had a great view, I didn't see anyone else working to clean tables or the bathrooms...
