Liberty Pizza — Restaurant in Wilkes-Barre

Placed a delivery order at 7:37 pm on a Monday, to be delivered to my hotel. It was just a personal gourmet veggie pizza and a slice of carrot cake. The guy on the phone was friendly enough, while he seemed to be rushing me off the phone, after I explained I wanted more than the pizza and had to pay w/cc he took time for the info needed. He was also willing to give me the better of the deal when I wanted to make some slight changes to toppings. Looking at pictures I'm expecting a good meal, because everything looks delicious. Liberty was recommended by the front desk staff....I'll update after they arrive....so an hour and 20 min later!!! They arrived. The pizza was warm and looked good, but maybe it's just because I'm a Chicago native at heart and have experienced the various complexity of pizza perfection in flavors, textures and styles, but this was just lacking flavor. Some of the food is quite excellent, others Meh! The big problem with this place is INTEGRITY! You could order the same thing 3 times and all 3 times have a different price. Actually happened. I was admitted at tye VA Hospital for nearly 6 months. I'm a math genius literally, so in seconds I know the total to the penny including tax & delivery fee. I get my food & the guy tells me an amount higher than what I had in hand including a 15 or 20 percent tip. Then they make excuse (a lie I know for fact) that must be old menu price & I either appear to be a cheapskate giving no tip or they wind up with a double tip bc they wouldnt admit they greedily added a tip in themself! MESSED UP & DOUBLY Being as they are doing to Hospitalized Veterans!...

When this place first open the pizza was delicious it was a good price and it was good pizza for the for the price but as the years have gone on now the food is totally changed it's like he's using cheap ingredients from like cheap brand stores to make the food I can't I can't even eat the sauce anymore cuz it doesn't taste right also anytime you order for delivery it cost anywhere from 4 to 10 dollars more than what they're brand new menu price sets and the prices of the money were always changing and then it also takes a 15 to 30 minutes longer to reach you three four years ago I think that they're gyros come from Aldi's in the Frozen box and so does their fish cuz it's the same exact flavor and shape every...
