Taco Bell — Restaurant in Wilkes-Barre

I only had a few options ordering food this late at night, so I chose this place. There were a few people waiting in parking spots, but the lady working this shift on 4/16/22 was extremely pleasant and took my order down with no issues. She offered to upgrade my small drink to a large, and had my food out to me in a timely manner. Most importantly, however, was the fact that of the four items I ordered, I actually got all four items in the bag. This has been such an issue at other places recently that it prompted me to write a glowing review. Of course, I could be an outlier, but I'll be sure to return to this place for future taco shenanigans.

As for the rating, I ordered a potato taco and the potatoes themselves smelled off, so I didn't risk it. But everything else I got was fine. In short, excellent and timely customer service (a rarity these days), avoid...

So they lost my order and then the female manager argued with me about it until I showed her the receipt on my phone. They grabbed my phone and passed it around with their gloves on and got it greasy. The first photo has the burritos that we ordered. The girl at the Kidder St. drive thru just told me that I could not order the Taco and Burrito Craving Pack, stating it was an online Exclusive. I repeated the order 3 time pointing out that I have ordered it via drive thru before and I was looking right at it on the drive thru menu. Instead of asking her supervisor is she was mistaken, she asked me if I was done being rude?
